Horrible front desk customer service. Rude and hung up on me. They called three different times to ask if I could come in early as my appointment was at 430 which I couldn’t. Then they took a very long time to verify my benefits online so when I had the chance to call my insurance company they said oh now the insurance company for us has left so they couldn’t see me. My insurance asked why they didn’t call instead of just plugging numbers in a system and I can only imaging laziness was the vibe I was getting. The commercials and billboards are wack and I will find another dentist as well as not recommend them to ANYONE else.

Ruby is an amazing dental hygienist! She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and professional. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took her time explaining everything she was doing and gave helpful tips on how to better care for my teeth at home. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking for a hygienist who is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive

I can’t say enough good things about Mint Dentistry. I had a great experience today. Courtney took care of me. I was pretty nervous going in at first, but she calmed my nerves and made me feel at ease. She walked me through the steps start to finish. She truly was amazing and I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

I went to Mint Dentistry for this first time this week and was very impressed with the doctors and their team! I was greeted immediately walking in and was taken care of in a timely manner. Casey was wonderful and did an amazing job at my cleaning. I was comfortable and relaxed enough to close my eyes and rest. Their office made it easy enough to come back again in the future. I appreciate all the staff and doctors taking care of me and setting me up for success in my dental needs. I really appreciate Ruby for getting me scheduled and into Mint Dentistry!

I’ve been a patient here for years and the dentists and hygienists are great. My recent experience with the front office was disappointing due to billing transparency and communication. I scheduled a routine cleaning expecting standard preventive coverage, but additional diagnostic x-rays were taken without any cost discussion beforehand. When I questioned the charge, the explanation kept changing, which created confusion and frustration. I later learned the charge was tied to diagnostic x-rays rather than the cleaning itself, but this was never clearly communicated in advance. Clear financial estimates and respectful communication go a long way in healthcare settings. I hope the office improves transparency for future patients.

I had a 10 o’clock appointment got here 20 minutes early and it is 10:28 AM. There were so many people here there was not even room for me to sit down in the lobby. I asked them why I made an appointment at 10 and they don’t honor it. She said the other people had appointments at 10, but they got here before me. I then asked why do you make so many 10 o’clock appointments if you can’t service all the guests. I received multiple texts and emails and even a phone call yesterday confirming that I’m gonna be here at 10 in fact they asked me to be here 15 minutes early to ensure paperwork was updated. I’m not happy about this at all and it won’t make an impact, but I do have a choice on who I choose to be at my dentist so I may be moving on.
