Farabee Family Dental Care

I was forced to establish at a new dental office after my previous dentist office continued to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appts. Multiple times due to lack of staff. I ended up choosing Farabee Dental from the choices in my insurance network & im happy I did!! I suffer from pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dentists. Always have so I was terrified to start over with a new office again after being comfortable at my previous dentist. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and gentle through checking in all the way through the appt. They were thorough thru imaging, cleaning & overall evaluation & only suggested treatment that truly needed done versus trying to bill insurance/me as much as possible like other offices I’ve incurred in past. Very happy with my decision here

First dentist visit in many years, and I was rather pleased with my experience today! All the office ladies were so nice. excellent and organized spaces, good technologies, easy cleaning. Megan was awesome, such a pleasure to have her take care of me today, I hope I have her again!! Dentist was a bit rude. I asked about treatments if my enamel damage progressed and he said “idk I don’t have a crystal ball”…. Yeah but you do have an education. Don’t ask your patients if they have any questions if you’re not in the mood to answer them with patience!

The hygienist I saw was phenomenal. She was great at explaining what things meant. Dr. Schroeder came in and also provided great detail about the issues, which ones were higher priority so I could plan financially, and made sure I had no questions. Overall great visit. Only complaint is how long it took to actually get in for an appointment overall. Quick to be seen took a lot of rescheduled appts thought.

Got dental insurance for the first time in years and found Farabee Family Dental Care through my insurance. I contacted them and they were able to get me in for a cleaning the next week! I have always struggled with brushing and flossing consistently, so I was nervous for my appointment. During my cleaning they were very kind and never made me feel uncomfortable, the doctor came up with a treatment plan for my smile and listened to my concerns about my teeth. I will be returning and would definitely recommend them to anyone with dental concerns!

The staff is welcoming and friendly. Yesterday I saw Dr Schroeder and he clearly explained the process. It was done by Priscilla and I was amazed with the results. She made my chipped tooth look like new. I am extremely pleased and grateful with my care at Farabee Dental.

Christina has been my hygienist several times, and she is always so kind, gentle, and answers my many questions. Dr. Schroeder is competent and respectful. Natasha and the other lady at registration whose name I don’t remember (dark hair and glasses) are always so warm and welcoming. My only suggestion is to add profiles of all the staff members on the website, because they deserve credit too.

Loved everything about this dentist office! Very thorough and they make you feel comfortable! Everyone had a bubbly personality and I felt so welcome! The women at the front desk were super helpful! The hygienist and the doctor were wonderful and constantly asked me if I had any questions about my care! I am so glad I switched from my previous dentist to this one! Overall experience was a 10/10!!!!!
