Impressively personalized and customer focused dentistry office. Just went for the first time last week for 6-month cleaning and annual x-rays. I got a little tour of the office, offered coffee and water. Beth was my dental hygienist and she took the time to ask questions and get to know a little about me. It's clear that it is part of the office culture and system while at the same time does not come across as inauthentic. It was also clear that Beth's extensive experience leads to better understanding of dental situation and recommendations to keep teeth healthy.

Excellent all around. Dr Mosby and Dr Caldwell are excellent. They have created a warm, welcoming environment and built an amazing team that makes every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend.

As a patient of Dr Caldwell at Kingwood Family dentistry myself and my family are always well taken care of in a warm comfortable environment. Dr Caldwell listens well to any concerns or questions we may have. From the front desk staff, all the way to either the treatment area or hygiene area, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable.

If you are looking for the best dentist you have to visit Kingwood Fam Dentistry !, I’m new in TX and I had a bad experience with my last dentist in CA , fist time I went to their dental office was bec I had a molar crown come out , and as soon I walked in the office the ladies at the front desk were so nice , and Dr Caldwell and his assistant took very good care of me , they were interested in me not only like a patient , they treated me like family . I’m a dental assistant so I noticed the warm touch and they are super professional , I knew right there I found my dentist . After that visit I scheduled a dental Cleaning with Beth and she is the best , did a great job with almost no pain , everyone at the office is amazing 🤩. Thank you so much !!.

I’ve been going to Dr Mosby since we moved to Kingwood in 2003. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and they help you relax when you know you're seeing the dentist! Beth has been my hygienist from the very beginning and she is the best! Both Dr Mosby and Dr Caldwell are wonderful dentists and I highly recommend them if you’re needing a dentist.

The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they make every visit as easy as possible. The office is always clean, organized, and they do a great job staying on schedule. What I appreciate most is how they take the time to explain everything and never make me feel rushed. Over the years, they’ve been honest, thorough, and have always looked out for what’s best for me, not just trying to push unnecessary work. It’s hard to find a dental office you can trust long-term, but this is definitely one of them. Wonderful staff and atmosphere. Megan, the hygienist, and Dr. Caldwell explained things very thoroughly to me, while also being personable. Melany and Megan at the front also took great care of me! Probably my best dental experience yet.

Best dental care in the area. The office is friendly, pleasant and accommodating from the receptionist to my wonderful, gentle, kind RDH, Megan, to Dr. Mosby. Each visit has been painless and pleasant. That's saying quite a bit considering it's a dentist's office. I highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at my appointment yesterday! From the moment I walked in, the entire office staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and acknowledged. Dr. Mosby was very relatable with excellent bedside manner, and Wendy, the hygienist, was so caring, gentle, and reassuring throughout the visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend this office!
