I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bowcutt and his entire staff. Dr. Bowcutt was extremely thorough, caring, and took the time to communicate everything clearly throughout my visits. He made sure I was comfortable and informed during each procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and work I received. The entire staff was just as wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They made every visit a positive experience from beginning to end. It’s not always easy to find a dental office where you feel like you’re truly being taken care of, but that’s exactly how I felt here. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bowcutt and his team to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about his patients!

I would definitely recommend this place. Very clean staff is courteous and caring, and the doctor is very precise and his work. Love it !!! The wait time wasn't so long in the lobby which I love last Dentist I went to you literally took about three hours to do what they did in about an hour and a half

I've been scared of going to the dentist for many years and ended up needing two root canals, so I was extremely nervous my very first visit, everyone there made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness and respect. A special thank you to Lex, my dental assistant. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and just a genuinely nice person. The front desk ladies are always friendly also, I can't remember my dentist's name but I can tell you he definitely knows what he's doing and really loves his profession. He explained everything in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. He is a really good person also... I was actually surprised by how little pain there was. Once I was numb, I didn't feel anything . The one time I felt a little discomfort, they stopped immediately and took care of it before continuing. They were constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. I've been there twice so far and still have a few more appointments to go for the other teeth, but my experience has been excellent so far. If you're someone who's been putting off dental work because you're nervous or scared like I was, I highly recommend Stonehaven Dental & Orthodontics. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and they truly want their patients to have a good experience.

The hygienist is the BEST ; she is detailed in cleaning and will ensure if further dental care is needed beyond her scope; you will definitely be guided in the right direction for treatment. Love the entire staff!! From the time you come thru the door they are all smiles and so warm!! They even give you a beautiful bouquet on your 1st visit! Brittany & Josie are very gentle and Dr. Bowcutt is amazing and kind and shows he cares for his patients!! I am so glad I found a great dental home!!

Dr. Bowcutt is a great dentist! He is friendly, efficient, and kind. He is very easy to talk to and makes discussing your dental health or treatment plan feel comfortable and stress-free. The dental assistant was also very pleasant and welcoming. I have visited the Harker Heights location before, but this was my first time going to the Killeen office. It is a beautifully designed dental office with great energy. Highly recommend this location!

Honestly, this is the first dentist I've felt welcome and accepted at my entire life. Friendly, fast in to my appointment, dedicated staff. I felt very heard on what I was trying to get done, as well as Dr. B was great on making sure I wasn't nervous. They were very careful with my broken tooth, and for my first appointment I would definitely recommend them! 100/10

Had initial visit but due to insuramce issues they just said that there were no issues with my sons teeth and that he would need a cleaning once insurance issue was fixed. Contacted them back several months later when everything on our end was finally cleared up. (Son is mentally disabled and we were having to secure lifetime coverage for him so insurance would not age him out) We had to wait two months for the earliest appointment. At appountment he received cleaning. Tech cleaning his teeth asked me if I wanted flouride for him. I asked how much that would be because I knew insurance would not cover that. She said 20. As he is entitled to 2 free cleanings a year, I assumed our payment would be $20 something. However upon paying, I was told it was $200+. Apparently, he needed extensive cleaning under the gums and she administered an antibiotic. No one gave me a written estimate or discussed with me the plan. When I said something, I was first told they would "try" to rerun the extensive cleaning but it wasnt a forgone conclusion that I would not have to pay that later. But I had to pay the $158+ that day. She then tried to offer me a group that could help my son due to his limited income and disability but then said nevermind, it was probably too complicated a process for me. Like I was stupid or something. I have anxiety attacks so wished to just avoid everything although I felt like they were trying to cheat me ans look down on me. I paid and left. However, I was very angry and will mot be going back. I was not expecting to pay that much l. Luckily I did just get paid, but had to move some bills around so that unexpected bill could be covered. Never have I beem anywhere where they just did a procedure without discussing a plan with you. We only left our other dentist due to time issues and Stonehaven was recommended to us. Will not be going back.
