I have had my teeth cleaned regular for over thirty years after a younger me suffered with poor dental health due to ignorance. I know how important a good hygienist is. Tan at UDA is the best. It is like a spa day for my teeth. If you have poor dental health a good start would be Tan. Tan will not feather brush your teeth. If you have not flossed you may be sore with a good hygienist. Tan does not mess around just to keep you happy. She wants to save your teeth. Be true to your teeth, or your teeth may be false.

Since the moment I walked in the door I was not greeted, I greeted first. And after that everything just kept getting worse. The girl at the front desk, complete attitude and disrespect from her. My previous office was closed so I couldn’t send over my x-rays in time for this appt because I accepted a last minute appt. I had already informed them prior to the appt. Then waited in the lobby for 20 minutes past my appt time, while the hygienist Jessica and a receptionist were talking about me at the front desk. Then to be called up by said hygienist, not greeted or any sign of manners. To then being seated and immediately left for various moments at a time. Then I waited for around 20 minutes of her just walking back and forth. When we did speak, she kept cutting me off and talking over me with such attitude, and laughing in my face. I asked for my appt to just be rescheduled since I couldn’t receive an exam due to my x-rays not being sent over. I then later cancelled that appt, because who wants to go to a place where they are not welcomed and treated with such disrespect? As a dental professional, I know how a respected and professionally trained practice works, and this dental team at UDA Kernersville, is not it. Never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience at a dental office, with such cold and rude team members. I would leave negative stars, because that’s the type of treatment I received from them. Never again.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office was clean, organized, and everyone took the time to ensure I received excellent care. I would especially like to recognize Courtney, the office manager, for being so helpful during checkout. She was kind, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. It’s clear that this office values outstanding patient care, and I truly appreciate the positive experience. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and caring team.

Since moving to NC many years ago, I have “bounced” from preferred provider to preferred provider. My last experience prior to UDA, had issues with insurance filing. Chan and Dr McCormack have been very professional and accommodating. The staff up-front are very professional and for a couple years now, have had no issues with filing of my insurance. Hoping to be with these professionals for quite some time!

Christina and Dr. McCormack were awesome. I felt totally relaxed and informed and can truly say that this was the most pain free procedure I've ever had done. I would highly recommend UDA Kernersville and its staff.

I had an Awesome visit with my dentist Sherri McCormack and her assistant, Christina!! I was very afraid and nervous when I arrived but, the two of them together kept me calm, and collected. They were the warmest and most understanding team. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

Has anyone ever had a good time at their dental appointment? I recently had to get a bottom tooth repaired at the Kernersville office. I have been going there a few years for regular cleanings, so was expecting pretty much the normal experience. Their front desk is always pleasant and efficient. To my surprise, I felt like I was at a friend’s home. Dr M and Christina kept their conversations with each other so lively and fun! It made me want to get a job there! I left the office smiling, and truly, how often does that happen at a dental office?

I absolutely love this dental office and I have never been fond of going to the dentist. To start off with the receptionist is amazing and very personable. My hygienist is Shaleichia always very nice and sure to explain everything prior to it happening. Most of all Dr. McCormack is excellent at her work. I have had lots of work and have been very blessed to have her as my physician. She always wants to be sure you’re feeling no pain. Explains everything before she does it! I would recommend this practice to everyone and would give 10 stars if available! Blessed to share the same first names!
