Due to acid reflux I have a lot of damage to my teeth, admittedly it made me avoid dentists due to judgement. The team here was sooo kind, made me feel extremely comfortable and works with what I can afford with no pressure to do more. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff here is amazing!!

Dr. Ramirez & her whole entire team are so loving and caring. Im so embarrassed by the state of my teeth but they all made me feel safe and secure. Best of all they dont pressure you to get choke work done at 1 time. They understand that dental work is expensive and do their absolute best to work with you and your budget. I cannot recommend Kaneohe Family Dental Care enough! I had a true dental emergency and needed a filling corrected right before a short-notice military obligation. They got me in within 30 minutes of my call, which was an absolute lifesaver. Not only did they take care of the urgent issue quickly, but the dentist did outstanding work on both fillings. The quality and attention to detail were excellent — I left feeling confident and pain-free. The entire team, from the friendly front desk staff to the skilled dentist and assistants, was professional, caring, and made me feel completely at ease. This experience was so positive that I’m seriously considering switching my kids over to them as well. I have been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for the longest time because I have been afraid to do it awake, and going under anesthesia can be quite costly. From the moment I stepped into my consultation, to them walking me back out after my removal appointment, I felt nothing but kindness from them. They even got rates from my insurance and were patient before performing anything so that I would know all potential costs- even before just getting my teeth x-rayed. As a college student, this was extremely helpful! Here they have treated me so kind, and made me feel like I was safe and not a bother the entire time, even though I was very obviously super anxious to do the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with compassionate nature. I know this is something that can not be said about every dentist unfortunately. The dentist’s who worked on my teeth did a great job and seemed to be very efficient. Throughout my procedure, they made sure I wasn’t feeling pain and talked me through each step closer we were to finishing. The front desk ladies are more than helpful and just as sweet. I am so glad I chose this place for my wisdom tooth removal, and that they made it such an easy experience.

Truly the best Dental office in Hawaii. I’m from here and I will say the staff here are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The two Dentist here Ramirez & Dr Guzman are super good and know their stuff. Dr Ramirez handles my veneers and teeth with care. She’s very skilled and I come out looking good everytime.
