Very impressed with my first appointment. Everyone is super friendly. I went in thinking it would just be a consultation with subsequent appts. Turned out Dr. Tran and Christie had the perfect solution and my tooth was fixed. Less $ and time. Appreciate what they did!

Every experience with Justin Family Dentistry over 12 years has been a "5". All the staff are kind, caring and attentive along with being the best in their field. I have moved several times over the 12 years including being over 2 hours away but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are the best!

I went back to the dentist to have a crown placed today. The dental assistant, Christie, was amazing! She went above and beyond to explain the process to me and made sure I felt comfortable with the new crown before leaving. I appreciated her clear explanations so much and I'm thankful that she took the time to care! 100% recommend!

Thank you for the excellent care during my appointment today. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful—friendly, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist was also outstanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the experience a very positive one.

I went to Justin Family Dentistry for a second opinion. It was the best thing I ever did. Dr. Nguyen was very good at showing me what I had and what I had and what needed to be done. His advise was much different than my (now my former) dentist told me. I am now going to Justin Family Dentistry.

I am honestly shocked at how amazing the customer service is here! I was able to schedule a new patient exam & cleaning the very first time I called, which was such a relief. When I arrived, no one was at the counter, but within about 2 minutes a receptionist came out & apologized for not putting up the “out to lunch” sign. I checked in & was seen within minutes; everything moved so smoothly. Elaine, the hygienist, is absolutely amazing. She walked me through every single X-ray, photo & step of the cleaning process. She explained everything clearly, was extremely kind & very knowledgeable. It made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was also very nice & genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me & welcoming me in as a new patient. That personal touch meant a lot. The chairs are super comfy, & I loved the TV mounted on the ceiling with the headset option, such a nice touch! The overall vibe of the office was just great. Everything about my visit felt perfect. I’m truly hoping it’s like this every time & not just because I’m new.
