My Dentist

I haven't been to a dentist in 30 years, These professionals changed everything I remember about going to the "dentist". A lot has changed in the dental industry..... these people are the epitome of everything that has changed for the better. They were extremely attentive, kind, professional and took me carefully through a double extraction with literally 0 pain. Its been a long time since I have been impressed by anything or anyone in the medical fields. I believe it will be even longer before anyone tops my experience yesterday at their facility. Outstanding guys, Thank you.

Highly recommend! Went to My Dentist- wasn’t an original patient, I was new to them. I came in with pain from an infection from one of my teeth and I was immediately seen. From the time I stepped in and told them what was going on, I was met with kindness and help! The woman in there are so kind and also compassionate. They helped me with different payment options for my care and I appreciate that as well. They have earned a new patient from me! 🦷🦷👍

My wife switched to these guys, so since I'm the one always taking her to her appointments I decided to use them for my needs as well. I have implanted dentures and need to have my o rings changed yearly. The o rings are what hold my dentures in. Long story short, we had some issues getting the correct o rings from the correct place, but we finally were able to obtain the right ones. Jodi and the dentist ( I don't recall his name) were amazing to deal with and always did exactly what they said they would do. My wife is quite pleased with them as well. I not only would, but do recommend them very highly.

When having a dental emergency, and feeling at my most vulnerable, I cannot say enough about the team at My Dentist! I was made to feel cared for and reassured from the start! I phoned in first thing on a Friday morning and spoke with Leslie, who before asking anything else she asked “when can you get here!” When I came into the office I was immediately greeted and reassured by the reception staff that they were “going to take good care of me.” Dr Clark and Josie were like best friends to me! It was as though they stopped everything they were doing to carefully meet my needs. Josie thoroughly explained every part of my treatment plan, and Dr. Clark was compassionate, and caring. I never felt like I was being rushed through this process which is huge considering they had to squeeze me in! I felt like Josie totally put herself in my shoes to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend My Dentist! In fact, I’ll never go anywhere else after all of that!! love this Dental office. Prior to me going to this dental office, I had not been to a dentist in years. All the staff is so friend and helpful. Amanda is a rockstar and on bad days or sleepy days she can make your whole mood better. keep up the great work!

Always professional, courteous service, with a smile! Quick and easy scheduling of appointments, and normally able to be seen within a day or two of an appointment request. We love My Dentist, and highly recommend them!!!

Was referred by one office for oral surgery. Made an appointment here and they were able to do the procedure the other wouldnt. Gotnit done same day! Highly recommend stopping in. Great staff

Second visit here. Very nice Dr and clinical staff, however neither visit did the front office staff great me. No good morning, no hello. Just "what can I help you with" after they were done with their discussion. Both times had to wait for their attention to get checked in, or this would have been a five star.

Overall this was a great experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, so I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Kenzie was my dental hygienist, all around she did a fantastic job. The dentist I saw was Dr. Platner, he was great, he explained my treatment plan in a way that I was easily able to comprehend. I’ll be going back next month, I can’t wait to get my tooth fixed!
