I can't believe the care and professionalism of this entire team. Dr. Kanchan is a highly knowledgeable and skilled woman and she made me feel so at ease with clarity on a difficult situation. I appreciated her honesty and sincere recommendations. I felt so loved and taken care of by the entire staff. The receptionists there are attentive and friendly (no attitudes or putting you on extended hold like most offices). And honestly we were amazed at the affordability. I had an infected adult molar extracted and was very anxious. They gave me an oral sedation and numbed it so thoroughly I actually asked, "is it out yet?" And Dr. Kanchan assured me it was already done. I didn't feel a thing. I plan to go back over the next 9 months to get a fully ceramic implant which is so nice they offer metal free materials on such things. They really have it all: the high tech current know how; technology and an integrated health approach for a holistic balance.

This is my second time at the Dental Center Of Jacksonville. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is so friendly and courteous as well as the dental hygienist. Darshana was very thorough with my cleaning and made it a pleasant experience. She always made sure I was comfortable. She also gave me helpful recommendations to keep my teeth healthy! Dr. Patel is great! He is very caring and makes you feel at home. I know if I have a problem, I can count on Dr. Patel being there for me!

My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed at this office. The entire process was incredibly smooth and painless for her. The staff was so kind, patient, and so helpful every step of the way. They made both my daughter and I feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. We are so grateful for the excellent care she received by Dr.Patel and the rest of the staff. I recommend this office to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal or oral surgery!

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and attention provided. I've been putting off going to the dentist for a couple of years now and finally decided to set a good example for my son and daughter and go to the dentist. Because it's been so long since I've had a cleaning, I needing deep cleaning, which I knew and that's why I've put it off for so long. My hygienist was AMAZING! She was so patient with me and made me feel relaxed. She did such an amazing job, that I'm actually looking forward to my next visit to continue my treatment plan. Where do I start……. Everyone and I mean everyone in this office is friendly, welcoming, compassionate, and caring. The first doctor I saw for my exam educated me on things no other doctor had ever done before. The few extra minutes of her time showed how caring she was for my health. The doctor who did my procedure was gentle and also overly informative the entire time. This was the 3rd dentist I had been to within 2 days. They by far had the cheapest rate and the treatment plan included more than the previous offices I had visited. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Darshana is amazing. This is coming from someone who had tried different dentists in Jacksonville and is very sensitive gums. Not only is she personable and remembers personal details shared but is gentle, kind, professional and never skips a step. Her work speaks for itself I no longer dread going to the dentist. The overall practice is amazing, the doctors, the front desk honestly they function with such friendliness and professionalism they are the perfect balance. I have never gone to another practice after coming here. They really are a gem in Jacksonville. They take such good care of their clients. I hope they stay here forever and my children and their children can come here.
