Meridian Dental Center

WOW! What a great experience!! I just moved to the area. The morning after moving into my new apartment I broke a crown. I stopped in Meridian Dental Center and the very pleasant and professional receptionist scheduled my appointment and took care of all the paperwork required for a new patient. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by a different receptionist, just as pleasant and professional as the first receptionist, who efficiently took care of the check-in process. I waited less than five minutes before the Dental Technician called me back. This is normally the point where my anxiety level starts to increase; however, in this case, the Dental Tech’s joyful attitude and obvious love of her job immediately lowered my anxiety. She was very professional and talked me through every step of the x-ray process. The real plus was listening to her personal Pandora playlist which turned the “dreaded dentist chair” into a mellow, relaxed recliner. It just gets better from here. Dr. Martin entered the office, introduced himself and asked me how he could help me. His professional and calm nature immediately put me at ease. After listening to my response, reviewing my x-rays, and inspecting my broken crown he communicated his recommendation, which coincided exactly with my expectations. With all parties in agreement, Dr. Martin and his Tech (I apologize for not catching her name) calmly began performing this extremely well choreographed routine. I won’t bore you with the details; however, after getting one tooth filled, two old crowns removed, and two temporary crowns installed, my comment to Dr. Martin and his Tech was, “I really like your style!”. Their teamwork and efficiency was exemplary. The entire process flowed seamlessly from one step to the next. With the Pandora playlist playing just loud enough over the drilling, suctioning, and spraying, I almost fell asleep. Now, don’t get me wrong, going to the dentist really sucks. Sitting in a dentist chair while two strangers dive into your mouth with all kinds of different instruments and weird sounds fill your ears is extremely disorienting. However, if you have to go to a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Martin and Meridian Dental Center. 5/11/2026 - Follow-up review I posted the above review after my first appointment. Since then I have had five more appointments and I can honestly tell you that the great teamwork and friendly, efficient service stayed consistently perfect for each subsequent appointment. The front desk/office staff always greeted me with a smile and quick, accurate service. My hygienist, Lee, and her assistant, Ashley were thorough, gentle and communicative. Dr. Martin, Claudia, and Kiera (I apologize if I misspelled your name) continued being amazing. No wasted motion. Anticipating each other's needs. Efficient and professional. I truly felt a need to post a follow-up to my first review to ensure anyone reading this that the great service I received was not a fluke. It is obvious that this level of service is ingrained in the culture of Meridian Dental Center and I, again, highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team at the Meridian Dental Center.

Avoid at all cause, first they tell me it’s only 309 dollars for my work, that and I quote “Your insurance is so good they cover everything you only have to pay” for this negligence in care I am stuck pay over 2000 dollars for a procedure that I thought it was only 309 and only thing they had to say was “ I am sorry we can put in you a payment plan” after they told me to my face it would be cover. Worst dental experience EVER!!!! And this is just one of the numbers bad experience I’ve had here with rude staff, no follow up, never returning calls, after I spent 3 weeks calling back

As a brand new patient, not one person welcomed me or thanked me for picking their facility . The entire inside of the facility is in desperate need of painting, Walls, door frames and doors. The doctor was nice but seemed rushed. The hygienist was great along with her assistant, I believe the hygienist name was Jacquelyn. I have never in my life not been offered at least a toothbrush, etc. when I left.

I called Meridian Dental after I confirmed they were in network. I had a bad tooth and they had a cancellation so I went in the next morning. Everyone was so great from the time I walked in to when I left. Highly, highly recommend Meridian Dental!

I went there 1 month ago for 3 fillings and I’m still having pain in 2 out of the 3 teeth they did. I even went in 2 weeks ago to have them check it out, but they said there was nothing wrong and to just use Sensodyne. If the problem continues for 2 months, then I should come back in. First off, I know they did something wrong. The dental hygienist acted like she had no clue what she was doing, she took 2 hours, and I could tell the other staff were annoyed because she was taking so long. This is what happens when you let inexperienced dental hygienists do fillings. Totally unacceptable and they did not resolve any part of the problem! On top of that, they are trying to charge me because I came in for the fillings they messed up on! Stay far away from this place!!!

Very clean and professional yet compassionate. I appreciate how transparent staff was about my treatment plan and the cost. Nothing was hidden. I truly appreciate Meridian Dental, from Office Manager to Dental Assistant and Dentist, all great!

Lee and Tiara were exceptional- friendly, helpful and courteous. The dentist was fine, however, I had been trying to get a prescription refilled for over 6 weeks. I called the front desk 4 times, with no return call. I even came to the office and was told it would be taken care of. No refill after 2 weeks. I again called the office, and was told the dentist needed to see me prior to approval.. Really - for toothpaste?? When I went to my cleaning, the dentist was apologetic and stated he knew nothing about this and immediately ordered the refill. The dentist has been very good prior to this, so apparently communication with the front desk is an issue. Please accept this as constructive criticism.
