I cannot say how much I appreciate Dr. Schmitz and the girls who work for him. Everyone is in the office is kind and professional, and the Dr. makes the dental work he does seem almost pleasant. Prior to a recent visit, I encountered some delays at work and could not be on time. I called ahead, assuming I'd have to reschedule since I was going to be at least 20 min late. (I needed a two-hour appointment, so I was looking at spending another month without the crowns I needed.) I was told to come on in and they'd make the appointment work. When I arrived, everyone was so kind despite my very late arrival. I've had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, and am so glad to have finally found a dentist I like and can trust.
