Update: Aug 20 2026 I had appointment scheduled with hygenist Marcie and I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for her and job she does. She is such an amazing, sweet, understanding and positive talk lady. I felt so good today and I am blessed to have her as my hygenist. World needs more people like you, Ms. Marcie♥️🌹♥️ Thank you for everything ❤️ Update 6.30.25 Awesome stuff as always! Recommend! Office stuff are awesome. This is one busy location and it was gr8 to see so many patients, it tells you they doing good job there. 3 kids of mine had 1st visit here today and I am satisfied with interaction with everyone and their understanding of why we needed to switch from other office. Admin lady who scheduled our appointment for next week is nice and pleasant and understanding. So far HRS gets 5⭐️

I’ve been going to HRS for nearly 8 years. They are awesome! Britney was my hygienist today and she was great! Highly recommend HRS.

I am pretty sure all these 5 star reviews in this page are FAKE. One of the worst clinic and team members and providers and service I have ever seen in this country. They will not send proper documents. Not respond to voicemails. Not provide proper medications. All they want is CREDIT/DEBIT Card information to process the payments. I wish Google Review has a (-) FIVE STAR reviews as they deserve that. Please stay away from this dentist if you can!

Years ago I went to them with an emergency cracked veneer and I've honestly never looked back. They are personable, patient, caring and fantastic at what they do! They strive for excellence and it shows in every visit. Don't hesitate on this one, pick them and you won't have any dental procider worries going forward!

Went in for the first time and left seriously impressed. Phenomenal dentist — knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely gentle. Friendly staff across the board, clear communication, and billing was completely painless. Zero complaints. Five stars and I'll be back.

Believe it or not, but I always look forward to my check ups at HR Smile. They’re very welcoming and friendly, and the place is spotless and modern. My teeth typically look much whiter than when I first go in and feel so clean. The dentists are nice and patient and willing to explain things clearly. I’ve been going to them for the past 10 or so years and always feel well taking care of.

I had the smoothest and most educational dental visit at Highlands Ranch Smiles today! Lisa and Val took such good care of me. I felt so welcomed upon arrival and check out processes. Seriously was offered so many options and opportunities. Thank you team!
