Virginia Family Dentistry Short Pump

The absolute best staff ever!! I inherited my bad teeth/gums so I’ve had to come here a lot and every time has been as wonderful as could be. Recently, I had part of a partial break and they got me in so quickly!! Dr Guh is wonderful and so helpful. I’ve also had to see Dr Voth for periodontal work and she is so kind and patient. I am a big baby when it comes to dental work due to some bad experiences as a teenager and I don’t feel judged here. They make you as comfortable as possible with blankets and explaining exactly what is happening and why. Lexi is my hygienist and I’ve never had such a soft and gentle cleaning. She is the BEST!! If it were up to me I would never have to be in a dentist chair again but since I do I’m glad Va Family Dentistry in Short Pimp is an option.

I had an appointment scheduled and arrived early to complete the necessary paperwork. After checking in and finishing the forms, I experienced a longer wait than expected before being taken to a room. Once there, I continued waiting for quite some time before being seen. I understand that delays can happen, but I was surprised by the length of the wait, especially since this appointment had been scheduled well in advance. The staff was courteous, and I appreciate their efforts, but better communication regarding delays would have been helpful. I am simply wondering if this is a typical experience. Thank you.

This was my first visit. The facility was clean and front desk personnel were cordial and efficient. Dr. Long and his chairside Aubrey, in addition to being soft and reassuring, gave me a gentle but thorough going over, sort of like a horse at auction. :-) Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to get your teeth worked on. The doctors and staff are so friendly and professional. Lindsay did an amazing job and was so kind and gentle. Best experience I’ve ever had!

Virginia Family Dentistry & Marcie are 5 stars out of 5 stars!! It's hard to "enjoy" a visit to the Dentist, but this place is great. It's immaculately clean, the people are extremely friendly, & my specialist, Marcie, can't be beat! She's the best! Highly recommend this practice.

The staff were very friendly and polite! The dentist was professional and very knowledgeable! My procedure was very quick and painless! I really enjoyed my visit there!

I have been to this place and it was like family to me, but now and this is how they treat me after so many years. So it had been about over 3 years now. I had try to call this place to set up an appointment and up Jennifer The lady is in charge. Try to be nice to me but end up. I couldn't make it an appointment so I will guess I will have to take my business somewhere else now or people's out there think twice before you come here cause it's very poor management. Over something stupid that happen three years ago. Where is the CEO to the company when you need them? OMG

The office is very nice and everyone is very welcoming. I felt like I’ve been a patient for a long time at my first few visits. Dr. Cattagio and his assistant have best beside manner. I felt comfortable even during and after an extraction. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for high quality dental care.
