Best dentist I've ever been to. I had a minor dental issue. I called in morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Not only was the issue fixed, they also fixed a cosmetic issue. Very caring and gentle.

Cronin Family Dentistry are the most professional and caring dental individuals that I have ever gone to. Dr. Joe and his staff are the best. They helped lower my anxiety about my procedure with comprehensive education of what they were going to do step by step. I definitely recommend them for dental needs.

My initial customer experience was not that great. There was no one at the front counter to greet a couple of us patients. Then someone came, who was not the front desk assistant, and checked us in. Once I returned my paperwork to the front desk, I stood there for 5 mins waiting while the front desk assistant chatted with the employees around the wall. She only seen me when she grabbed her chair to sit down to chat. However, once I got to the clinic area, my hygienist was so pleasant and sweet. And the doctor was very thorough and explained every step to me. My checkout process was easy and the ladies were friendly. Thank you clinical team for turning a not so great start to a pleasant experience.

From the 1st phone call to schedule the appointment to the amazing day of implant surgery, we were treated as if we came home for the holidays! Everyone was very attentive, professional, and pleasant while performing the task at hand while also keep check of our wellbeing (patient & family). We were kept constantly abreast on the process and progress of the procedure. I give special shououts to Sarah Madeleine and Caylie and Rushelle who assured a pain free and comfortable environment!
