I’ve been going here for a few years and they are always so nice! Got in quick and my appointment was on time. My hygienist Chaynce (I believe) was very kind and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and I’ll definitely hope to get her for my next appointment!
The staff was wonderful- very patient and kind. I was able to make an appointment with no delay, the dental hygienist was thorough and the dentist professional. Every step was described and attention was placed on comfort. I highly recommend this practice.
I have had a couple of crowns and this is the very first time that one it was placed in my mouth it was perfect didn't have to have them keep filing it down it'll be a pain in the neck. I am very satisfied with this new dentist for me and I highly recommend them for your future dental work
I was vacationing in Wilmington when I had a terrible toothache. My daughter got me in to see her dentist office. Dr. Chen quickly identified the need for a root canal beneath an existing crown, and they got me scheduled at another one of their offices in 45 minutes. A very friendly and caring staff at both locations in Hampstead and Wilmington. They saved our Wilmington vacation....
The office in Hampstead is beautiful and very easy to get to. The staff is always so friendly and a pleasure to interact with! The oral hygienist is great; she always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend!
Had a cleaning. Hygienist was very professional and was so patient considering my awful gag reflex when taking x-rays. She got my mind off of it. The Dentist was great as well. Worked with VA to provide excellent services. Definitely would recommend this Dental Office to all
Riccobene in Hampstead was very caring & knowledgeable . They take great care & time to explain the procedures . Will & Dr. Chen take the time necessary for patients to fully understand the costs as well as the time involved, & the options available. Dr. Chen took great care in removing a tooth that was broken off at the gum line & was able to remove it all in one piece, gently, painlessly! The whole office works as a great team!
