This was one of the best dental visits I've had in a long while. Been a few yrs since I've done any self care for my teeth. ROBIN was great! So nice and gentle. Very reassuring and she hums! How calming is that! DR Scott was very pleasant. Doesnt upsell you on things or procedures you dont need. Very honest! Everyone here was soo nice, checking in &(out), making the appointment the actual visit. Definitely will be back for another checkup.

From the initial phone reminder ,the teeth clean from Robin ,to check out at the counter, I was treated like family and went home with a plan how to keep my teeth healthier. Dr I had a most pleasantkScott, Robin and front desk ladies were professional and made me glad to be there and get my teeth taken care of.

I cannot say enough about how kind and accommodating everyone is at Dr. Scott’s! They were able to fit me in same day I called with what I thought was going to be an extraction but after an xray and a very thorough and intuitive exam Dr. Scott assessed what I was experiencing. I did not feel like an inconvenience at all given they squeezed me in. They sincerely encouraged me to call in if there was any change. Thank you!!

I loved my 1st visit at Grant’s Pass Smile Suite!! Renee was absolutely AMAZING!! She explained everything clearly in what & why she was doing things. She also hung a poster above her cleaning chair so patients can look at a beautiful country road!! Dr Scott came in, very nice, welcoming & explained to me what prevention’s I needed. They make crowns in the office, so you get it the same day! Then Renee was the first hygienist to EVER clean my teeth without my gums bleeding 🤩 (I have HHT & my gums have always bleed). She recommended a good soft toothbrush & GUM picks to use. I’m happy I’ve finally found a great dentist office!! You won’t be sorry coming here!! 😊 🦷🪥

Smile suite has an amazing staff that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very professional and caring and the doctor did phenomenal work on my extractions and fillings. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing dentistry work done.

I had a great experience at Grants Pass Smile Suite with Dr. Scott. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Scott was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. During my visit, I had X-rays, a cleaning, and an exam, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered clearly. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about their patients and providing excellent dental care. The Smile Suite lives up to it's name. Another visit, and I left with sparkling chompers, and a happy smile. I even got to see Dr Forest Rea, the guy who got this wonderful healing place started so many years ago. Since I am such a dentistry nightmare, it is calming to know who will be helping me with my troubles, and that they will treat me with gentle friendly and top notch treatment. Blessings to the entire crew!

Visited Dr. Scott recently due to an episode of extreme pain in multiple areas of my mouth. He quickly diagnosed the problem and before I knew it, was out of the office feeling great with 3 new fillings. The office staff was great to interact with, made my visit that much easier. Special notice to Valerie at the front desk. She made sure I understood my invoice to my satisfaction and was very welcoming. 5 stars!

My first time today. The staff was very friendly. They evaluated my dental condition with astute professionalism. No one was pushy or aggressive with trying to get money out of me or trying to convince me with anything. But, were informational and took time to explain things. "People will forget what you do, but will always remember how you make them feel"... Great job Smile Suite
