Update again :: Staff is actively working with me to help me get more comfortable. Misunderstandings have been cleared up. I just really wish I hadn’t been referred to Dr. Pickup’s office. :(

I have pretty severe dental anxiety so I was super nervous going into the office, but after having dealt with sensitivity/pain for a while it was time. The entire staff put me at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Capone and her assistant were so patient and kind. The entire experience was a good one. I’m no longer nervous to go back and do what needs to be done. Thank you all for the kindness you showed me yesterday!

I just had the best cleaning experience with Dana. She was so very nice and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After having a bad experience at a different dental office, I was overly anxious. The minute I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles. Everyone was very nice and laid back. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

My first experience since moving to Tennessee, and it was AMAZING!! Office was clean, people were really nice and Tanya was the best "teeth cleaner" I've had in over 40 years! These guys are really different, in a great way!!

Will not be returning to this office due to the improper treatment from the office staff. My husband received great care from Dr. Montgomery, however this text thread below is the conversation with his office. I called and confirmed my husband’s appointment with the office for him. My husband missed a day of work for nothing. A prime example of why I do not respond to automated texts (which turned out not to be automated). They did not even have the right patient. Now my husband will have to find a new dentist which is very disappointing since Dr. Montgomery was wonderful.

Fantastic dentist experience at all points, from scheduling the appointment, filling out paperwork, working with insurance, and the actual cleaning itself. Every person you interact with is so nice and professional. I really felt like my hygienist, Dana, cared about my dental health, and she explained everything she was doing and offered realistic suggestions for my teeth and gums. Dr. Montgomery was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my health. I am excited to continue using this office for any dentistry needs!
