Comfort Dental - Garland

Customer service and front desk was great. However when I called for a new patient appointment I said I was calling for a cleaning. I was not told that I would first be seen for x-rays and then needed to schedule my cleaning services separately. I did not have this experience at the other comfort dental. I do not have enough time to take time off from work for two separate appointments now when I go back in I will do so with unpaid work time. my appt for x-rays and wait time was well over one hour. I find that unacceptable as I arrived 15 mins early. Had I known this was the process I would have made an appointment elsewhere to get my dental work done in one session. Perhaps that is why they didn’t mention it to me when i made the appointment. I still may take my dental cleaning to another location as I felt like this office was not transparent therefore lacking trust and my ability to confidently follow through.

I love my Doctor G! She is excellent at what she does and her staff is awesome as well! I know I made the right choice by choosing Comfort Dental! And recommend all to come check it out!

Comfort Dental sure lives up to its name. The Staff is super friendly from the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. The Tech that assisted me went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Usually getting dental X-rays done suck but they had me in and out in just a few minutes. I highly recommend using them.

I’m really going to just put this out here. Maybe 🤔 there’s different strokes for different folks. But when it comes to friendliness they are cool but when it comes to procedures I can’t understand if I’m a patient or experiment. So I got two crowns replaced and of course they gave me temps.. the following day my temps fell out! The tech with the red hair just had too much trouble with getting the job done so she called the dentist and I’ll say it was still not the experience I expected considering all these wonderful reviews. Also I had gotten a deep cleaning and that tech did not! I repeat did not numb my gums.. she scraped and scratched blew water and air in my mouth but did not dumb my gums when I left I had blood all over my gums and was told don’t brush too hard because my mouth is still tender. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ . So I do not know if it’s me or the office. Again customer service is a smile 😊 and thanks ☺️ but procedure wise I’m not down for it.

I had a family member with severe pain from a wisdom tooth. It was a Saturday and I was trying to find a local dentist that could see us at 11am. I walked into another location in Rockwall and they turned us away. They said the soonest they could see him would be Monday afternoon. We then called this location and they told us to come in. We were seen promptly, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The consultation was affordable and the issue was addressed. We were scheduled a quick appointment to have the wisdom tooth removed. I appreciate the options given to pay for someone that doesn’t have insurance such as Klarna or Affirm. I can’t wait to come back and see what the orthodontist side has available.

I had an amazing experience getting my braces here. Dr Cook is the best!!! From the very first visit, the staff was friendly, patient, and professional. They explained every step of the process clearly and always made sure I was comfortable. The orthodontist truly cares about their patients and your overall dental health. I’m so happy to continue my orthodontics care with them & would absolutely recommend this office to anyone considering dental care or braces.

Love love love Comfort Dental. I've been going to this dentist for years. Staff is very nice! Dr.Cook is a great doctor, always pleasant and sweet! Highly recommend Dr.Cook if you're looking for a great orthodontist.

My Doc is a veteran. He took the time to listen to my concerns and work with the VA for approval. Great service, friendly staff and very helpful. 2nd visit very good service and friendly staff. Comfort Dental Garland continues to provide great service
