I went to Gainesville dentistry company last week for a standard cleaning and ended up having to get a filling. The staff was amazing and very kind knowing that it was my first going to the dentist in a really long time. My hygienist Heather was very kind and gentle while she did the cleaning and explained everything that she did and what options I had going forward. Dr. Feldman and Dr. Nassif were very kind and informative as well. I got to meet Dr Feldman on my new patient visit and he as well as his staff didn’t try to push me into any services. Dr. Nassif did my filling the following day and knowing that it was the first time in my life having a filling done made sure that I was comfortable and informed me of everything he was doing step by step while he was working on my tooth. As someone that has had terrible experiences in the past at the dentist office, I can truly say Gainesville dentistry company provided the best dentist experience/trip I’ve ever had. They are the best in Gainesville and I 100% recommend you visit them for you next dentist appointment. I look forward to continuing as a patient with this dentist office.

Gainsville Dentistry is by far the best dentist office around . Dr Feldman is amazing so patient and thorough Gave me all my opinions and let me choose which one was best for me. Dr Feldman’s staff was so accommodating and pleasant. I have had many dentist’s over many many years and no one comes close to Dr Feldman or his staff! His office is so welcoming. I can honestly say that this has been, by far, the best dental experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the office, the atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming and professional, which immediately put my usual dental anxiety at ease. The entire team at Gainesville Dentistry Co. is exceptionally kind, thorough, and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of the process with genuine care. It is rare to find a clinic that combines such high-level clinical expertise with a truly spa-like, relaxing environment. I am so grateful to have found a practice that prioritizes patient comfort and transparency, and I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman and his staff to anyone in the Gainesville area looking for top-tier, compassionate dental care. Easily my favorite dental office I’ve ever been to. Dentistry Co. has a really relaxing, coffee shop-like vibe—from the chill indie music to the calming atmosphere, the whole experience felt unlike any dental visit I’ve had before. The staff were welcoming, the customer service was excellent, and the care felt professional without ever feeling overpriced or gimmicky. It just feels like they get it right. Special shoutout to my hygienist, Nadia Spigner—she was fantastic. Funny, personable, and instantly put me at ease. Felt more like talking to a friend than sitting in a dental chair. Five stars, no question.

I paid $2,800 for a complete upper denture and received two completely non-functional appliances. The first denture delivered was unpolished, rough, and resembled a try-in prototype rather than a finished product. After complaining, they made a second denture and delivered it on May 26, 2026 - it was equally unfinished and unwearable. Both appliances had visible processing ridges on the interior acrylic, improperly shaped posterior teeth, and failed to seat properly against my gumline. When I requested a full refund for services not delivered as contracted, the office refused to issue any refund whatsoever. The manager's response when I stated I would be filing complaints was "do whatever you want." I have since filed a formal complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry and submitted a demand letter requesting my $2,800 back. I also have photographic evidence of both unfinished dentures. Dr. Feldman has impressive credentials and awards. That makes it even harder to understand how two consecutive unfinished dentures were delivered to a patient and then refused a refund. Their own core values posted on their website state "Take ownership, Always be patient-centric, and Engage and build trust." None of those values were demonstrated in my experience. I would not recommend this practice for denture work. Update: After posting an honest review of my experience on their Facebook Page, this practice blocked me on their Facebook page to prevent other patients from seeing my complaint and to protect their perfect rating. This speaks volumes about how they handle patient concerns. Update 2: Shortly after posting this review the owner posted a lengthy reply claiming they used VDO gauges, Golden Proportion Principles, and cutting edge digital technology to achieve unparalleled fit and aesthetics. They have since deleted that reply entirely. I have screenshots of their deleted response saved. It is worth asking why a business would publicly defend their work and then delete that defense. I believe it is because their own stated claims directly contradict the photographic evidence of the non functional unfinished denture attached to this review. Those screenshots are now part of my Florida Board of Dentistry complaint, my BBB complaint, and will be presented as evidence in small claims court proceedings. I also want to note that after leaving an honest review on their Facebook page I was blocked by the practice, preventing other potential patients from seeing my experience. Every action this practice has taken since I complained has been to silence me rather than make things right and I've added the screenshots of the reply they deleted.

Candice is the reason I decided to try Gainesville Dentistry. She was so friendly and nice, welcoming and informative when I stopped by to inquire about the practice. I thought perhaps she was a reflection of the values at play here in this office. So, I took a leap and made an appointment. It just got better and better. Nadia was my dental hygienist who did a thorough exam and cleaning, pain free! She was warm, delightful and professional. The dentist himself, Dr Feldman, won my respect for his expertise, clear explanations and friendly manner.

I am so happy my daughter referred me to Gainesville Dentistry. Dr. Feldman & his staff were wonderful. Everyone was professional, courteous & friendly. Heather did a great job with my cleaning, etc. The office atmosphere was comfortable & calming. Exactly the experience I was hoping it would be. Highly recommend!
