This office has many kind and professional people who love what they do. Dr. Zen and the hygienists are all knowledgeable and able to communicate well with patients. I’ve been going there for years. FFD is a good choice for family dental care.

First time visit. I was really impressed by their nice personalities and sincere "we care" about my well being. Their tech equipment is top notch. I highly recommend this dental office!

Great dentist. All the people are so friendly make you feel like your home. They care about you and for me the first time in 60 years I don’t dread going to the dentist..that was 4 years ago. I left there today thinking this is the way going to the dentist should be. I highly recommend them.

As always, Frankin Family Dental did a great job cleaning my teeth and doing a filling. In my 2 plus years of coming here, I have received excellent, highly competent and friendly service and have never felt any pain during the procedures!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Franklin Family Dental! My tooth cracked in the Fall, and I didn’t have a local dentist. They were able to get me in right away to look at it and helped me figure out next steps. I was anxious to go in that day, but from the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely taken care of by everyone there, starting with Shelley at the front desk. Everyone who helped me (multiple different staff members over the last couple months) was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. Dr. Zeh has been amazing; she’s super personable, and I had complete trust in everything she said and did to take care of me. I’m so grateful to everyone there and will be continuing to go there for future 6 month cleanings! Highly recommend!

This is our first visit to this wonderful place Franklin Family Dental for our dental needs since our move from Hendersonville, and I couldn't be more pleased! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. They prioritized my son’s needs, caring for him with such attention before turning their kind attentions to me. The staff members are genuinely sweet and exceptionally friendly, exuding a warmth that instantly put us at ease. I am truly proud of how dedicated they are to their roles! Their work is undoubtedly challenging, yet they made us feel incredibly special through their thoughtful and attentive service.
