Every aspect of my visit to Advanced Dental Comfort in Fairhope was first class from the warm welcoming staff to the exceptional care I received. As an elderly patient, finding a dental practice that respects the unique needs of older adults can be challenging. I appreciate that this practice doesn’t push unnecessary treatments. Instead, they focus on conservative, thoughtful care to help patients remain healthy with only the procedures that are truly needed! We see both Dr. Dabbs and Dr. Harshberger, and they are each phenomenal – knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in their patients well-being. If you’re looking for a dental practice that treats seniors with dignity, respect, and honest care, I can’t recommend Advanced Dental Comfort highly enough.

Very pleased with my first appointment. I came in to have a crown tightened and the process was smooth and efficient. They took me into the exam room on time, early in fact, explained the procedure and executed it quickly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. My wife had a similar experience a couple weeks earlier. This is my new dentist office going forward!

I am so grateful I found this dental office. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. My crown came out Memorial Day weekend and I called several places to get help. Advanced Dental Comfort got me in within a few hours when they opened. Rosario is one of the most caring people I've ever met and Dr Baldone was excellent, he made me feel welcome and comfortable and was quite caring. I just moved here and have now found my new dental office! Thank you so much I would recommend your office to all!

Such an amazing experience! As someone who used to only go to the dentist once every two years due to high dental anxiety, let me be the first to say that I 10/10 recommend Advanced Dental Comfort. I had my new patient visit today and everyone there made me feel so welcomed! The front desk staff, the hygienist that worked on my teeth, and the doctor who I saw, along with the environment eased all my anxiety without even knowing of my past dental anxiety! I felt like a patient and not a number that they were trying to rush out of the door! Definitely will be making the 6 month routine visits with this office!

This was my first visit. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The staff was very friendly plus each one I passed said “hello”. The dentist is my least favorite of all my doctors appointments. This was the most enjoying, pain free, and relaxing experience with any dentist. I even scheduled my next appointment..See you in October!!

New to Fairhope. Was greeted with smiles! Registration and sign in was easy. Did not have to wait and was taken back for dental cleaning immediately. Lovely office . Staff very professional and friendly. Dr Harshberger is professional and did a very thorough dental exam. Great experience!!!

I recently made the switch to this dental office after many years with my previous provider, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the entire space is spotless and well-maintained. Cecila was amazing!! She was attentive, gentle, and very detail-oriented. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be referring others!

Great place! Love my hygienist. Makes you very comfortable & does a good job. Last year I had to have a crown replaced. It was one visit & done. I always had to wait on the permanent previously. So this was wonderful. Dr Josh is very professional & friendly. I’m from out of town and was worried about finding a good dentist but I did! I highly recommend this place.
