Northeast Family Dental Care

We are so fortunate to have found such a lovely dentist practice. Everyone is so kind! I grew up going to an “in the neighborhood” dentist and that is exactly what this practice is. They truly care about you and make you feel like family.

I have been going to Northeast Family Dental for a few years now and I love going there. I never thought I would ever say those words: love going to the dentist? Yes, I actually do. Dr Arshad is amazing; he is always professional and friendly; communicates clearly and is transparent about your options for care. The whole team is amazing too, starting from the phenomenal front desk to the hygienists and dental assistants. I would encourage everyone in the area to schedule an appointment and see for themselves.

Big day. Having work done. Needed some dental care, when to my dentist they told me I only needed a cleaning. I told him I had a lot of pain and concerns. They said they could not find nothing so I went for a second opinion. He took the time to talk to me. Was able to identified the problem, and I'm here today to have the work done. They were able to accommodate my schedule, get me in early. Great stuff Hello How, so far has been a great From here on out, this is my new dentist

This is an unfortunate occurrence but one I must share. This dentist and his staff threatened to falsely call the police on me because I said I would seek a second opinion. This wasn't a dispute about payment or services rendered but they were angry because I questioned if they were being truthful. I believe they're intentionally padding out peoples dental care with repetitive and unnecessary procedures. They tried to give me a second 3-D dental scan that probably pays well for them. This is my third and final visit about a single tooth after the temporary crown fell off, which I accept as eventual. However I don't believe a 6 month 3-4 visit treatment plan was necessary. His female workers stood in the doorway of the examination room yelling things like " you Can get a second opinion" and "you Can leave" very aggressively. When I stood up and and said "nevermind, I'm just going to leave". The tone of yelling changed and the receptionist stood in the doorway to the point I had to say "please get out of my way" at which point the two women switched to yelling "get out" and "we're calling the police on you". As I left the building they were threatening to put me in a newsletter or something. Maybe for other dentist, I'm not sure. My wife was in the exam room the whole time rendered speechless, by their anger and disrespect, thankfully. Threatening me with the police while blocking me in and yelling at me all three of them has me seriously considering filing a complaint with whomever licenses Dentist. Dark skinned brown or "black" people beware of these folks. As an African American Veteran I've suffered many attempts by others to be indignant towards myself. I've never before seen an entire staff of immigrants behave this way, it's a sad and gross display of hatred and hypocrisy, the threats of armed men and violent intent are astonishing in 2026. Buyer beware sounds like an odd and ominous warning for a medical service provider.

The Northeast Family Dental Care employees are very professional, friendly. Curiosity and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to all my families and friends. I just cant say enough - everyone including the doctor are great.

Had two great visits at northeast family dental care over the last year. Francia scheduled me both times, Tiffany was my kind and careful hygienist and Dr. Arshad was super knowledgeable. They are such a friendly staff, make you feel at home, do great work, super cleanly and well kept environment and genuinely the best dental office experience I’ve had in 30+ years. I highly recommend them!!

I’ve been coming to this dental office for years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The entire staff is always welcoming, professional, and kind. You can tell they value long-term relationships with their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, consistent dental team.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office since childhood, and it continues to be the best. The hygienists are kind and thorough, Dr. Ashad is outstanding and genuinely caring, and the receptionist is always efficient and welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
