No upselling unnecessary procedures (last dentist tried to sell me Invisalign and gum surgery whereas Dr. Nguyen was clear that this was unnecessary and went through all my scans and x rays to show me exactly upon what he was basing this recommendation). 10/10 recommend

I had such an incredible experience at El Segundo Beautiful Smiles with Dr. Cuong Nguyen and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unbelievably kind, the front desk greeted me with genuine warmth, and the dental technicians were patient, gentle, and so reassuring. Every single step was explained to me in a way that made sense, and they walked me through the entire process even though I was just there for a simple cleaning. For the first time ever at a dentist’s office, I actually felt relaxed. I also need some follow-up work done, and what stood out most was how unpressured I felt. They were incredibly mindful of my family responsibilities and my budget, and even offered to set up a payment plan if I needed it. On top of that, they suggested an option that would actually save me money instead of pushing the most expensive route. That level of honesty and care is rare. Truly blown away by Dr. Cuong and his team thoughtful, transparent, compassionate, and exceptional at what they do. I’m genuinely grateful to have found this office. Highly recommend!
