Best dental visit ever! Have never had a dental visit that was so extensive. The he staff was amazing and explained everything about my what was being done and needs to be done. If you’re looking for a new dentist this is the best one

I love the periodontal hygienist, she is amazing! Most of the dental assistants or hygienist have been kind and sweet. The dentist is nice. However, every time there is an issue with billing. During one session, they tried to charge me $380 of what they had already billed my insurance and if I did not question it, they would have let me pay it. I've never had a filling fall out, but my first filling I got there in April, had to be fixed in June for poor bite and then fell out in July. Today, the hygienist kept hitting me in the face with the suction tube and the dentist kept hitting the back of my front teeth with the drill everytime she pulled it out of my mouth. The issues with billing and 3 visits for one set of fillings has me looking to find a new dentist. I really wish my old dentist still took my insurance because he was the best and I never had any of these issues there.

The AI appointment manager was an actual nightmare. Took 4x to understand my email address, didn’t give me date options, the dentist canceled and it text spammed me every 15 minutes to reschedule, but when I called it did not give me the option to reschedule, and when I asked to speak with a person it just looped back to the start of the call, I got stuck in this loop for a few times until I decided to take my business elsewhere. Absolute waste of my time

Very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I am a new patient and was pleasantly impressed with the office and staff. Kudos to making it easy to make you all my dental home.

As a mother when you make the decision to leave one office to go to another, you are filled with anxiety and left wondering if you did the right thing. I absolutely did! The comfort that was given to me from the moment I walked up to the receptionist desk until the moment I left. I had all of the answers that I was looking forward and wasn’t left confused because I didn’t understand the information being presented! The staff and dentists are absolutely AMAZING!

It’s a clean and welcoming office. All staff are very friendly and polite. I have no complaints whatsoever. Appointments are fast and easy to make as well as get in for appointments. They explain everything to you and it feels like a judgment free space. Services are great too, I have had routine cleaning visits as well as other visits and each time it was a positive experience.

I can’t remember the girl name that was so very helpful while I was in there, but extra kudos to her, she did a wonderful job of calming me down. I have a terrible gag factor, and even Dr. Redden was very professional and delicate when working in my mouth. after my initial visit and inspection, I was then taken to another very professional area and spoken to one on one and explained in detail what needed to be done and what has to be done and I don’t remember the name of the Spanish girl that was there talking to me but she was also very nice and helpful. Thank you so much to Dr. Redden and your team. I will be coming back no doubt.

After trying two different dental offices for my family, I’m so happy to say we finally found the one, West Dover Dental! From the moment you walk in, the office feels very welcoming. The entire team is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly professional. The office is very clean and organized, and even the bathroom is spotless, which shows how much they care about their environment and patients. The whole process is smooth and well-explained. They clearly go over treatment plans, costs, and options, so you always know what to expect. Dr. Fletcher is incredibly kind and professional. You can genuinely feel the care and attention she gives her patients. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Even my son said he really likes the dental office, which says everything! That meant so much to me as a parent. I also have to mention my cleaning experience. Compared to other cleanings I’ve had in the past, this one felt especially thorough and satisfying. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I’m so grateful we finally found a dental office we feel confident and comfortable with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist for their family!

They catered to the kids very well. The child we brought in was new to the country and never stepped foot in a dentist office. They noticed she was a bit scared and they made sure to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They even held her hand while talking calmly to her. We really appreciate them going the extra mile.
