Generations Dental Care

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Generations Dental and especially Dr. McSherry. I have spent most of my life absolutely dreading going to the dentist, and this practice has completely changed that experience for me. From the moment you walk through the door, there is an extraordinary level of professionalism, knowledge, organization, and genuine care. What impresses me most is that this excellence extends to every single person you encounter—from the front desk staff, to the assistants and hygienists, to Dr. McSherry. Everyone is exceptionally well trained, not only clinically but in how they communicate with and care for patients. They use the latest technology and procedures, thoroughly explain your options, answer questions without making you feel rushed, and give you the information you need to make an educated decision about your care. Their communication and coordination are particularly impressive. At every stage, there is a true warm handoff to the next member of the team. They review what has been done, explain what comes next, and make sure you understand the overall plan. You never feel as though you are simply being moved from one person or procedure to another. I consistently leave feeling completely informed and confident about my care. Dr. McSherry is exceptional. She is knowledgeable, skilled, patient, and incredibly reassuring. At one appointment, I was particularly nervous about having a crown done and asked about options to help with my anxiety. They offered me nitrous oxide, which I had never tried before, and the experience was amazing. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during much of my crown procedure—which, for someone who has dreaded dental work her entire life, says just about everything! Generations has somehow taken something I spent a lifetime dreading and turned it into an experience where I genuinely feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that I am receiving outstanding treatment. Exceptional clinical care, exceptional customer service, and an exceptional team. Dr. McSherry and the entire Generations staff have earned my absolute trust and highest recommendation.

I'm done with this place. They tell you that you really need a deep cleaning but we can't see you for another 3-4 months. You have to "confirm" your appointment but not really. They mean you really need to cancel it, not confirm it because they've already confirmed it for you. Therefore if you don't confirm it and you miss your appt then you get nailed with the missed appointment fee. (What's the point in confirming?) THEN I get a bill for my missed appointment AND my husbands appt. He has never had a problem paying his bill so why am I being billed for him? I'm done with their games. He seems to like them so I won't give you a 1 star like I want to.

Dr. Roberts is amazing! He took the time to answer all of my questions with thorough, compassionate explanations and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. He’s incredibly kind, has a great sense of humor, and truly cares about his patients. Anyone who has Dr. Roberts as their dentist is incredibly lucky. The team at Generations Dental is outstanding, I can’t recommend them enough!

Outstanding staff that begins the minute you register as evidenced by their very friendly and welcoming approach. Melissa and Dr. Stetsyuk are first rate professionals who exhibit warmth and efficiency, explaining procedures every step of the way. What also impressed me is the comraderie and positive attitude reflected in staff interactions with patients and one another—great experience!

If it weren't so expensive, I would rate this experience as absolutely double perfect. Everyone is kind helpful and experienced and very very knowledgeable about the art of dentistry. I still rate the experienc as perfect!... But I wish it weren't so expensive! 😏

Had my first visit at Generations Dental of Concord and had a great experience. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and friendly from start to finish. The staff took the time to explain a lot of things I never knew about dental care, and it genuinely changed my outlook on how I’ll take better care of my teeth moving forward. Highly recommend!

By far the most family friendly dentist, my family and I have ever been to! We love our dentists and the staff, from check in to check out we have experienced the most wonderful and friendly staff! Always treated with kindness and respect from start to finish. We couldnt ask for a better dentist!

I have disabled child due to a stroke. This dental office has the most amazing staff and dentist. After I view my daughter's medical history and delays they were extremely patient and understanding with her. They took the exam extremely slow and answered the few questions she had. In addition to this when the dentist came in she was extremely understanding with my daughter and was very willing to take extra time to go over the dental plan with me. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone, the staff goes above and beyond to make every single person that walks in the door feel heard and valued.
