The Smile Center of Chicago Heights

So rude and unprofessional. I had got my permanent retainers repaired here, and since I kept having issues on the work THEY did, kept coming back for them to fix whatever mistake they made in my mouth. They took offense to that, and said I should just go somewhere else, but willingly took my money. If you know you don’t know how to do a service, don’t do it. Lady on the phone was so unprofessional and rude because she was holding a grudge of thinking I’m calling their doctor bad, when really I was just questioning why the work they did keeps messing up!!! I really would not recommend to go here, it seems they are just looking for money and don’t know what they’re doing and I say that will all respect.

I had a wonderful experience from the front desk to the dentist the where very gentle with my child (2 yr old with Disabilities) and there facility was very clean also

The Smile Center have an absolutely beautiful, friendly, customer focused front end staff. This is very important when servicing customers because the first people you see are smiling and very friendly. I've been a customer about 5yrs and have had an amazing experience. The Dentist and back end staff is equally friendly and patient. They make sure I'm comfortable answers questions. My experience has always been five star.

My first time coming here for my kids and we loved it!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The Dr. Levi and El was nice and explained everything we needed to know about our visit! The receptionist they all were so nice to us today! I would recommend this dentist office to anyone I know 10 out 10. Great job!

I cannot say enough positive about this place! Every last person I've ever interacted with, from receptionists to assistants to dentists, has been amazing! Super professional, thorough, quick, helpful, accommodating, and no pain! The receptionists are EXTREMELY helpful and just great people! The only thing that would make them perfect is if they accepted Medicaid for those over 19. Always appreciated them as Heart That Smiles when they visited my children's schools. Love them as The Smile Center, too! Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

My family and I will not be returning. We have experienced multiple last-minute cancellations, which have been very inconvenient. While I do understand emergencies can occur, nearly every appointment for my children and me has been canceled, each time with different reason. This repeated disruption suggests our time and needs are not valued. We will be seeking services elsewhere.

Today my four children had dental cleaning. We had a great visit. I am very pleased with the staff and service—everyone is really polite and welcoming. We have been coming here for a while, and every time we visit, we have a great experience.
