City Park Dental of Charlotte

The experience was top-tier from start to finish. I was honestly nervous about getting a root canal, but they made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Their customer service is truly unmatched, and the quality of care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience!

This was my first official dentist appointment as an adult and I'm happy I chose this office. My teeth weren't in horrible shape but there were some things that needed to be addressed. It was important to me that I didn't feel judged or pressured into doing anything I didn't want to, or more importantly, couldn't afford. My expectations were met. No one made me feel bad about anything going on with my teeth and and I was in full control of what I wanted to get done and when. The office is very clean, modern and everyone is really friendly. My only suggestion would be that they could be more mindful with time. Last time, my appt was at 8 but I wasn't seen until about 8:20 which can mess with other plans you have. They state that your appt time is reserved for you and they would appreciate the customer being on time and I believe the sentiment should apply the other way around too. At the very least, if they're running behind, which is completely understandable, just check in with the patient and let them know "hey we'll be with you shortly". I would be ok with that. But that didn't happen and for a moment there I was beginning to think they forgot about me lol. Aside from that, it's been a great experience overall (I've been here 3 times now) and I'm still gonna continue to be a patient here. Shout-out to the front desk duo, I think Daniela is her name and I forgot the guys name. Sorryyyy 🫣. But they both do a great job making you feel welcomed and like they actually care. And shout-out to Angie who did my cleaning. Very thorough and I loved that she explained everything to me afterwards. And like everyone else here, she was friendly and kind. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Patel and his staff were nothing short of amazing, I will be returning for all of my future dental needs. He did me a root canal and I felt absolutely nothing. The establishment is upscale but cozy. The staff members are very nice and inviting. Everything you need or can even imagine as far as a Dentist appointment is here. DON’T walk RUN to City Park Dental !!!!

In 2025, I was in Charlotte, NC on a temporary bases. During this time, I needed some dental work done. I saw City Park Dental on my drive several times, so I decided to make an appointment...that was one of the best decision I've made. Since then, I commute from Waldorf, MD...that's right...Maryland...6 hours to make my appointments with Dr. Patel and staff. I have had the absolute best experience with them. The luxury of the lobby to the most modern technology, has given my dental self care an upgrade. Until Dr. Patel opens an office in the DC, VA and MD area, I will continue to commute to Charlotte, NC from Waldorf, MD. Highly recommend.

I did a Google search and this office was one of the places I came across, and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. It looks like the office has only been open a little over a year, but they are amazing! I came in for an emergency appointment and was able to be seen the same day. The paperwork and payment process were straightforward and affordable. Jacob at the front desk was awesome — so friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the payment process smooth and stress-free. I believe I worked with Jade before seeing Dr. Patel, and she was so sweet and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Patel was amazing — fast, straightforward, and removed my wisdom tooth in no time! Overall, I’m so happy I found such a great office. Dentists have always been one of my least favorite places to visit, but thanks to City Dental, I felt genuinely comfortable and cared for. To top it all off, they even gave me a chocolate chip cookie (freshly baked)! I’ll definitely be coming back & recommend!

I had to get a root canal and crown done on a very painfully infected tooth. The office is very upscale and clean. The staff is awesome! They are very friendly, attentive and professional. I had heard from a few people that it was a pretty rough procedure but my experience was not bad at all. Dr. Patel took care of it much more quickly than I thought and made sure I was numb the whole time as the anesthesia wears off quickly for me. I expected it to hurt but there was really no pain during the procedure. Overall, out of all the dentists I have tried in the Charlotte area these guys are by far the best! I found the prices to be very reasonable for the level of care you get and they offer financing for anything your insurance doesn’t cover.
