New patient. Staff was extremely friendly and patient. They were understanding of my anxiety. They talked me through each step. I even had a (dead) tooth pulled yesterday. Woke up today, only the hole in my gum, NO PAIN. Absolutely choose Dr Eric Martin's office! His daughter and son in law will be joining the practice soon, so they will have 4 dentists on staff. The office is VERY nice and clean.

Wonderful experience! My dental hygienist Jose was very kind and efficient. He was very good at explaining the reasons why they perform the different steps and the teeth cleaning process, and gave great insights into how to take care of my teeth. I appreciate his expertise and that of my Dentist as well. I would recommend this dentist office to everybody.

What a delight it was to come to this office. I felt welcomed and the staff here is superb. It had been quite awhile since I had been back for a cleaning and there was no judgement from my hygienist Malory or Dr Ingram. Malory was thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She took her time, and pointed out areas that I had been missing with my toothbrush. I can also count on a friendly smile and a humming dentist. Dr Ingram’s “tooth fixin’ “ tune is catchy and calming. I sure wanted to hum along but it’s pretty hard with instruments in my mouth! Dr Ingram is caring, funny and a very skilled dentist. I have a real fear of dental appointments, so feeling calm in a dental chair is not something I say lightly. This was genuinely the most relaxed I’ve ever felt during a visit. The hygienist was incredibly comforting, patient, and kind, and Dr. Ingram had such a calm and reassuring presence. At no point did I feel rushed, judged, or dismissed. They made me feel safe, informed, and actually cared for as a person — not just a patient. If dental anxiety has kept you from going to the dentist, I cannot recommend this office enough.

The staff is top notch. Friendly and I always look forward to seeing all of them. I cannot say enough about Dr. Ingram and Dr. Martin. They are very caring and explain everything thoroughly. They are truly professionals and are great in all they do. The goal of that entire office is to make you comfortable and you leave feeling that you have been taken care of.
