Been going to this office for 10 years. Best dentist I have ever seen. Dr.Elzein has a gentle hand and is very good with his patients. Love this office! Would recommend them to everyone!
Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. When asked if an order was ready I was met with"I don't know what you're talking about. They're not priority. We got other people to do." They close at 3pm on Fridays and I was told "uhm we close in 5 minutes" it was only 1215pm. I've had to reschedule my surgery multiple times because "I wasn't a priority". I can understand if they weren't ready but to be that rude and unprofessional is so unnecessary. Those are "quotes" not generalizations of the conversation.
So far I am happy. Dentures were definitely the lowest cost around, and I was going to leave a review some time ago when I was visiting some family, but I wanted to wait it out and see how things felt. Well it's been so darn long I forgot, I want to say it's been almost a year. That means I'm old and forgetting things, ha ha. Have anything for that Doc? Highly recommend going here, I feel brand new again, thank you.
I went in and asked to have all my teeth removed and I was tole I should keep some of them of the dentures to hold on to. Well they took all the top which a couple took a lot to remove (It hurt even with the numbing stuff) None of the bottom hurt and those are the ones that needed to be removed more than the top so Now I have to go to another Dentist to get things fixed and pay fro things that should have been done at this pace. The temporary Dentures that I was given which was part of the price did not work(not even just a little bit) they made me look like I had an enormous over bite which I did not have at any time in my life and to try to fix it the Dentist ( which I reluctantly call a dentist)added more to the denture upper and made it worse YOU CALL THIS A DENTIST I think NOT NOT
