Casa Grande Family Dentistry

I went in for a cleaning, but they said they couldn’t do it because I needed a deep cleaning. The dental hygienist was so rude to me. She took x-rays and then left the room for close to 15 minutes without saying anything to me. She came back in momentarily and then left again for about another 15 minutes. She asked me how often I brush and I told her twice a day and I floss once in a while. She had a very accusatory tone to her voice and basically told me I didn’t. I asked her why she was not going to do a cleaning and she said we only do them for healthy people. However, six months ago when I was there, I got a cleaning and left with no issues. She went over the x-ray so quickly without even explaining them in lay terms. I have no idea what she was talking about. I’ve called several times to get a copy of my x-rays, which I paid for, but they do not return my call. It just seems like they are trying to get more money. I have to wonder what my x-rays show that they don’t want me to know or to show another Dentist. I have no pain in my teeth and I’ve always taken very good care of my teeth. I really don’t feel comfortable with anyone in that office anymore and I definitely will not be going back there.

I would like to say thank you for the wonderful experience during my first visit to Casa Grande Family Dental. I had a full exam, and the staff was incredibly kind, taking the time to explain exactly what to expect for the dental work at my next appointment. I have a significant fear of the dentist, but everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Potyczka is amazing. And the calm, clean atmosphere of the office truly helped ease my anxiety. I'm actually looking forward to getting my dental work done. Thank you

Writing this review on behalf of my Nana. She says Dr P and his staff deserve 5 Gold Stars. Dr is always calm and patient and the girls at the front desk always receive you with a smile. (Which calms a coward like myself who is afraid to visit the dentist). They are just precious. Had a great experience our first visit for my mother's dentures. Staff was great and facility is very clean. When calling back a couple weeks later to follow up about an referral, front desk staff member appeared to become annoyed with providing information about referral. We did not receive a paper referral and she was very adamant that we did. She repeatedly reminded me during the conversation that it was given to us. I felt that she could of been more friendly on the phone and instead of correcting me, she could of just said no problem let me get that information. She had poor customer service attitude. It was a small request that she made seem would be a timely matter. Maybe she was just having a bad day but she needs to be polite on the phone. I just didn't appreciate the attitude.

I have EXTREME dental phobia due to past trauma. This has led to years of neglect for my dental health. A broken tooth causing extreme pain final forced my hand. They were able to get me in same day. I was actually in the chair and being seen within 20 minutes of calling for an appointment! The dentist was funny and friendly ( sorry about all the crying but I did notice your kindness and felt you did an excellent job). They accepted my insurance and were upfront and truthful about the cost of Nitrous oxide. Hopefully I can get back in for my permanent crown soon. With such care and patience from skilled and empathetic staff there maybe hope for my teeth yet! Thank you again Casa Grande Family Dental ( and I’m really sorry about all the crying).

I went in for an initial consultation for dentures, and I’ll admit I was pretty nervous since my teeth are in rough shape.The staff was kind, welcoming, and very professional, which helped ease a lot of that anxiety. They took their time with a thorough exam and x-rays, and explained the next steps in a way that felt clear. So far, my experience has been very positive.

Hello everyone 👋. This is a very nice place to go too. Very clean has video games old school. Pacman and wheel of fortune. There is not alot of seating. But the atmospheres amazing.The doctors are very nice, and so is the staff in the front. I would relieve recommend this place.
