Kristen is super friendly and great at explaining everything. It had been 6 years since I've gone to any kind of dental appointment and she took great care of making sure I was comfortable. I also felt no judgment for the amount of time that I allowed to pass without having my teeth professionally cleaned.

Oh My Gosh. I had a real dental emergency at 10:30pm on Thursday night this week. My right canine tooth just crumbled and fell out of my mouth. I was actually stunned as I had just been to my regular dentist a few months ago and had all the x-rays, etc. with no findings. I was also starting a brand-new job that following Monday. So here I am looking like a scary jack o'lantern, going into a weekend. Of course, I called my usual dentist and no one called me back. I called again, in the am, and no one called me back. So I called Carolina Dentists and was directed to the website to find the emergency appointment link. I did and found an opening in Cary. Got there at 11:30am on Friday. I was terrified they would tell me there was nothing they could do. Instead a Dental Assistant named Jenny introduced herself and just got going. She was like a fantastic, competent angel. Dentist David Dudleck then came in and the same. OMG. They were fast, thorough, kind, funny, and reassuring. I left around 1pm and told to come back to finish the repair at 3pm. I left at 5:15 with a brand-new perfect canine tooth. No drama, no surprises, no pain. The office staff were also lovely. Guess what. I now have a new dental service. My experience at my appointment was extraordinary; the clinic is modern, very clean, and organized. Dr. David was very professional and gentle; Leo, the assistant, was very friendly; and Diana was excellent and kind—she explained everything to me regarding the treatment suggested by the doctor. The prices are affordable, with payment plans available. I recommend them 100%. I am satisfied with my choice of dentist.

Everyone from reception, through nurses/dental assistants and doctor were so lovely and kind. Jenny was so sweet and made sure I am calm and comfortable through the entire process, and she also helped me figure things out with my insurance at reception, even though that is not a part of her responsibilities. I had a wonderful experience, which was shocking, because I walked in, expecting to get my tooth pulled out on the spot. 10/10 I'd go there again, the staff was friendly, flexible with what works for me and gave me advise that ultimately cost them money, but they still did it, because that was the right call for my personal situation. And that's exactly how doctors should be - helping and healing, not making a business out of the trade. I'm very grateful to have stumbled onto an insta add. I recommend with both hands.

I’m a new patient at this office and I am soo happy I found them. Everyone was so welcoming. I was super nervous but they made me feel super comfortable. Alyssa, Diana & Dr Dudleck are amazing. Diana went over my treatment plan and answered all my questions sweetest person. I will definitely be back

The entire Team is just amazing. All professionals. I wanted to highlight Dr Dudleck for his professionalism and for stepping in last minutes to take care of me while my hygienist was out. He was patient, personable and thorough. Alyssa assisted me today for the first time and like everyone else we sometimes resist “new”. She was simply awesome. She was friendly, effective and most understanding. They both did a phenomenal job with me and I’m grateful to have professionals like them.

A few things really stand out: The people-first approach - Rachel, Jack, Jennifer, and Dr. Rachel they made a genuine personal connections.This kind of staff engagement doesn't happen by accident. Thoughtful design choices - The ceiling monitor is a perfect example of patient-centered thinking. It's a small detail that makes a real difference during procedures when patients are lying back for extended periods. The complete package - what makes a practice truly excellent: combining skilled, authentic people with smart technology and attention to experience design. My observation about this model its worth replicating is spot-on. Many businesses focus on either the technical side or the human side, but the best ones - like what i experienced - integrate both seamlessly. The fact if i was in the Dental business i would model my own business after this approach that screams a lot about how impactful the experience was.
