I had the best experience with my 1st cleaning at this office. Dr. Medina explained everything and was so patient and knowledgeable. Jannan was simply amazing. Faiza was so sweet and so helpful with the information she provided. I walked out feeling like we all were friends. Such a great experience. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Contemporary Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk team, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of throughout my visit. They were professional, attentive, and handled my care with incredible gentleness and thoroughness. It is clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients' comfort and well-being.

Dr Nader Bazzi’s reputation speaks of him. He is known across states for his expertise and honesty; two features that are very rare to find in one doctor. When faced with a new and challenging dental situation, he creates his own design and explains it to the patient with full honesty. He is innovative, very smart, and doesn’t depend on the technology to tell him what to do, but uses it as a tool, whereas his dentistry is on the high end of technology. Dr Nader is rare as his name means in Arabic, and I am very grateful that I am in good hands.

The cleaning was great but being told after services were rendered that my cleaning was not covered by my insurance was horrible customer service it is the office Responsibility to notify customers if they have exhausted their visits for the year and if there’s gonna be any additional fees, it should be told prior to the appointment not afterwards I had to pay for my visit. It was unexpected and it was handled all wrong. That is not how you do business. If someone is coming in for any appointments the office should call the customers to notify them of any charges for the visit the next day if you can call, send text messages to confirm appointments and that’s over the top as well, but I can deal with that but if you can confirm appointments the day before you should also confirm the payments the day before give people a chance to get themselves together financially you don’t know what people have going on to have to pay an unexpected $117 is ridiculous. So shame on you for handling business this way I hope a lot of people see this posting think twice before you come.

Contemporary Dentistry provided me with consistently poor care and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. When my daughter was examined years ago, they diagnosed her with nine cavities. Her regular dentist found only three. More troubling was my own experience. In two thousand seventeen, I paid ten thousand dollars to have eight caps installed on my front teeth, replacing laminates I had worn successfully for twenty years without a single problem. Since then, I've returned approximately twenty times because these new caps repeatedly fell off. Each time, they attempted to charge me fifty dollars to reattach them, only backing down when I voiced my concerns firmly. The replacement cap they eventually installed doesn't even match the color of the original seven. My dentist was Doctor Julie. She was always friendly at first, but the moment I asked whether I would be charged for replacing the cap, her demeanor changed and she became rather ugly. Most recently, I underwent a root canal so they could place a utility cap on my tooth. However, when I came in for that procedure and also asked them to glue back on another cap that had fallen off, I complained about the situation. Rather than help me, Contemporary Dentistry refused to place the utility cap and told me to go somewhere else. This office shows a pattern of substandard work, repeated failures, and an unwillingness to stand behind their dentistry or support their patients. I recommend that everyone stay away from Contemporary Dentistry. They will cost you money and give you no good

This is the first dentist I’ve gone to after 30 years with my childhood dentist. Dr. Atoui was awesome as I needed to have a few things done. Due to my TMJ she was accommodating and had me come in over a few visits to avoid increased pain and headaches. The staff is great and everyone is super friendly. My hygienist, Natalie, is very kind and does a thorough job. Definitely recommend if looking for a dentist in this area.

We are beyond grateful for Contemporary Dentistry of Canton and their entire team. Over the holidays, my son needed an emergency appointment, and they went above and beyond to get him in quickly when so many offices were closed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel comfortable and at ease during what could have been a very stressful situation. Dr. Rima Bazzi was absolutely wonderful — professional, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. Her calm demeanor and expertise made all the difference. It’s rare to find a dental practice where everyone truly cares, and this team exemplifies that. We felt supported every step of the way, and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, responsiveness, and exceptional care.
