Gus, the therapy dog, instantly makes everything better about the experience. The whole staff have your best interests in mind and communicate every step of the way; they are patient and listen to concerns well. They want you to have the most comfortable appointment possible and as someone who historically fears the dentist, this is huge for me. I just recently had two cavities filled there and it was the easiest and least painful cavity filling I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend, but also not too highly because I don’t want it to become impossible to schedule an appointment there 😉.

That patient-first approach is refreshing and gave me complete confidence that my best interests were always the priority. I was especially impressed by his commitment to making quality dental care more accessible, even creating an insurance membership plan to help patients receive the care they need at an affordable cost. That speaks volumes about his values and dedication to his patients. Very nice office and staff from the front desk receptionist to the hygienist and Dr. Birch. I was really pleased with the way they all handled my kids, especially with my daughter being 3 and it being her first time. The doctor was really nice as well. It was a pleasant experience and this will be our new dentist office!

My mom suffers from BPPV, and dental visits can be very challenging because certain movements trigger her vertigo. Her previous experiences at other dental offices were not always positive, so we were a little nervous. The doctor and staff at Canton Healthy Smiles were incredibly patient, caring, and understanding. They made my mom feel comfortable and treated her with kindness throughout the entire visit. We were also amazed by the technology they use. It made the experience much easier than we expected. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom. The place is spotlessly clean. We are greeted with beautiful smiles and greetings. Modern facilities. Dr. Birch, Nicole and Venice are very thorough and very personable. It was our first time in this clinic but we felt very at home.

Great dentistry. I’ve had 3 appointments with them now and all have gone perfectly. I had a temp crown fall off and they made accommodations for me to have the permanent crown installed early. Top notch service and the Dr.’s attention to detail is insane

I was here yesterday and I found my new dentist. Nicole was my hygienist and she was great! The doctor was so nice and took time to listen to me. They both made me feel relaxed. The women at the front desk were so kind. I usually hate the dentist, but this place felt different in the best way.
