Definitely recommend I moved to brockport knowing my daughter needed braces. I called this morning at 10am seen at 12 and she has a dental plan in place for her braces. Front desk staff was amazing the facility's clean and has so much. A game area a theater area. Jessica was amazing explaining everything. Dr. Batman was the best also quick and easy explanation and treatment plan. They got done what no other office did in the past 2 years of me trying. Thanks so much 🙏 💓

My daughters receive Invisalign treatments here. They have had a wonderful experience so far. They accommodate our schedule and the staff are gentle and kind. They also take the time to explain each step of the process to them directly. I appreciate that they ask all of us if we have any questions or concerns. There office is comfortable too, with plenty for younger children to do while their siblings receive treatment.

Everyone at Bateman is so friendly and so helpful when answering all of my questions especially Tabby and Jessica!

This office is amazing Caitlin was so patient and kind. She walked us through all of the steps of having a new expander. We are always feeling so welcomed at this office. They’re great at communicating and we had a text about our next appt before we even left. :)

Everyone at the office was so welcoming and made our first experience amazing. There was even a welcome board that had our daughter’s name on it when we came in. They laid everything out in our consult and were able to tell us everything to expect. The dentist actually took his time to talk with us instead of rushing us. We were able to get everything set and we are looking forward to our next visit (:

We had a great experience with Dr. Bateman and his entire staff. They were always professional, friendly and provide answers to any questions or concerns. We went to all three locations, and all the staff were equally amazing. If parents needs a little R&R book some appointments at the Brockport location, they have massage chairs for adults only. Which was much needed for all parents.
