I have spent over a year trying to find somewhere that is understanding and compassionate of my daughter’s debilitating anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Well, I found the place! Everyone in the office is absolutely phenomenal. They were very patient with getting her sedated and Didn’t seem to judge her anxiety, which is such a blessing. Mia and Kenna went above and beyond. But really, it was a group effort to get to the end goal for my daughter and they did just that! Thank you all so very much!!

“Takes most insurance!” “Flexible payments!” is a complete lie.. I am in eager need to get my tooth pulled, missing half, the nerves are exposed. I needed immediate care… They took TWO photos of my tooth and wanted 200 right then and there.. When called I was told “oh absolutely we do payment plans” etc. They don’t tell you they check your credit or anything. They are more worried about get the $$ than actually taking care of patients needs (Emergency needs). Now I have to wait for a dentist after birth, which will be November 3rd.. NOT with this facility. The amount of pain I am in and will be in for months is excruciating… I am not pleased.

Very professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable team at this dental office. You can tell the quality of Dr. DiBartola’s leadership by the culture he has created with his staff. We had a dedicated greeter who welcomed us and explained how our visit was to proceed clear through our consultation with Dr. DiBartola himself. The facility was also very clean and well-maintained including very clean restrooms. My wife and I were very impressed with our very first visit there.

I cannot say enough amazing things about DiBartola Dental. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for. Every single person on the staff is incredibly kind, warm, patient, and empathetic. They don’t make you feel rushed or like just another appointment—they truly listen and make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. What stands out most is how much they care about your comfort and happiness. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. They are attentive, compassionate, and you can tell they genuinely want the best outcome for their patients. The level of customer service and concern they show is something you don’t find often anymore. They consistently check in, make sure you’re happy with everything, and take the time to get things right. You leave feeling taken care of and appreciated. My 1st visit was more than expected, friendly staff, very knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable considering my ANXIETY! I have an upcoming appointment and I'm looking forward to it! Hats off to everyone that has been involved in my journey so far!! Much appreciated!!!

I’ve gone to Dr. DiBartola now twice in the past two months. The first time in January after my now formal primary dental office in Bethal Park (who absolutely is NOT connected to DiBartola) botched an easy procedure leaving bone fragments to work their way through my gums to surface. Dr. DiBartola’s office took me in ASAP based on my emergency when other places said weeks wait time. The dental office who performed the procedure wouldn’t even check on the problem, they just told me to go to a periodontist. Dr.DiBartola himself examined me and found the issue! While doing so, he made me feel very comfortable and asked multiple times how I was feeling. I felt he was genuinely concerned for my comfort! I immediately felt relief! The office staff and Dr. DiBartola was also so generous how they handled the billing portion of it! I subsequently went back for a teeth cleaning appointment which was scheduled with Andrea! She was spectacular and did an incredible job. My teeth never looked cleaner and she too asked multiple times how my comfort was and seemed genuine about it. I really like this office and their staff. I drive about 30 minutes out of my way and it’s worth it. I’ve now made them my primary dentist! I just can’t say enough about what a great experience I’ve had here!

I got home a few hours ago from my first appointment at dibartola and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They made me feel so comfortable and the sedation process was super easy and made the whole appointment a breeze. It looks like I have a brand new set of teeth. This really did feel like it changed my life
