Jennifer did a great job with my dental cleaning. She was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dental office.
It is a busy office but everyone was polite and accomidating. Dr. Lindsay was very nice and informative about his assessment and plan of care. Very thorough exam and treatment options. Definitely a recomended dentist for staff and the docs bedside manner--> he's personable and has a sense of humor!
They are all very friendly. Amy called me to remind me that I could still make my appointment that I forgot about.Dr. Smith did an excellent job filing a chipped tooth and others next to it. Her assistant, Cindy, also did an excellent job with the water and air. They just make you fill like family.
The Dr. and his staff were exemplary!! Very comforting to have this quality of dentistry care available in the Hill Country.
Great staff great Dentists. Call for an appointment they got me in that same morning. Tooth was hurting. They had it checked out and found a filling going bad. Fixed it on the spot. Never find that in a big city. Thankyou Johnson City Dentistry!
I am a very anxious patient and I needed a tooth extracted. The entire staff was so kind and understanding. Dr Smith is fantastic and talked me through it with the help of “laughing gas” Highly recommend!

Question/comment: Would it be feasible to take X-rays after the initial cleaning? The hygienist tends to know problem areas per client and would taking the X-rays afterwards for review enable a higher probability of built up plaque under gums to be fully removed in same visit?
Every one was super nice. Dr Gretchen is fantastic. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The office is a complete remodel and very nice. I had a 5 star experience!!!
