Bluebonnet Dental Care

Dr Gonzales and his staff, including but not limited to Brooke, Akilah (sp?), the “injection” nurse, and the front desk ladies were all excellent at Bluebonnet Dental Care! I felt immediately warm and welcomed as a new patient even with a horrid toothache! Ended up having two teeth removed that first visit but left knowing I made a great choice for a new dentist! Thank you all for the special care you gave me. I highly recommend you to all!! You made a not so pleasant need easy for me!

Let me start off saying I dislike going to dentist. My anxiety goes through the roof.🤯 Blue Bonnet Dental changed that for me. The staff was great! Dr. Burkhalter was very gentle and caring. They allowed me to set the atmosphere with whatever music I like to help me relax. I was worshipping with Tasha Cobbs while getting a tooth extraction.🙌🏾 My whole visit from beginning to the end was Awesome!! I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you all for making my visit peaceful, calm and relaxing. I know have a new Dentist and I love it 🥰

Everybody, from the Front Desk to each worke,r put a good deal of energy into making my visit as pleasant as it could be. Both my husband and I noticed the positive atmosphere and that every single person we interfaced with was pleasant and upbeat. Going to the dentist is the last thing I want to do, bu yall made it very pleasant. I also like how Dr. Burkhalter gave me a thorough review of what my options were and was not at all judgmental about my not doing an expensive bracket. I dib; t ysyakkyt make recommendations, but with my experience I will definitely sing all's praises. Thank you. JB

I had a regular cleaning appointment. I have to say my experience was wonderful I had Ms. Gaye taking care of my cleaning experience and she was so thorough, informative, and had an amazing personality. They made sure to take care of my needs and answer all the questions I had. I left feeling satisfied and informed. Thank you!

Yessss! Love, love, loved Queen Peyton, Jamaica, and Dr. Gonzales! They were polite, professional, and kept me informed during my appointment. I also enjoyed the energy of the whole office. Such a vibe 💛☺️

I would give this place a zero if I could. I spent $8,000.00 for two implants. Keep in mind I paid for both implants upfront. Only one implant has been completed. The first implant lasted 3 days before it failed. As a result I called and made an appointment to determine why my implant was moving? The dentist stated my implant failed due to bone loss and infection. As result she stated she would remove the implant and reinstall the implant at a discounted rate. She also stated the implant next to the failed implant may fail as well due to possible bone loss and infection and this type of stuff happens with implants. She also, stated we will just have too see. I remember when the dental technician installed the crown I stated the hole had a terrible scent. She did not say anything just installed the crown. Three days later the implant started moving. So now I'm left with two possible failed implants and $8,000.00 down the drain. Please don't ever consider dental work from Bluebonnet Dentistry. I'm extremely disappointed and I truly wish I would have gone to Mexico. It would have been less expensive and better quality. Now I'm forced to spend thousands more for the removal and reinstallment of implants. Rest assured I will not spend another dime at Bluebonnet Dental. I don't trust them at all. I would rather go to Mexico and dodge the cartel than deal with Bluebonnet Dental Care. I guess 8k for 2 possible implants is real great deal!

I had the best visit for teeth cleaning today! Angela was so patient, kind & aware of all my concerns. Clone her if you can! She is wonderful! I also appreciated Dr. Gonzales for coming in and checking my implant site.

First visit, and the staff was so welcoming and made me feel at home. My hygienist was very friendly and supportive, and my doctor was also friendly and informative. This has definitely been a great experience. I give it 1000/10. 😬
