I’ve been going here for 25 years- and have nothing but amazing things to say! The staff goes above and beyond. The new owners are the literally the most pleasant friendliest couple ever. I just Admire them both so much! My daughter is interested in dentistry so they let her shadow which was awesome! They are excellent at communication the way patients want - in my case texting - and I truly appreciate that so much. They are great at handling all my financial questions too. I’m so grateful to this team. My entire family sees them and everyone is truly grateful for the great care we receive at Austin Dental. ❤️ 🦷

I had an outstanding first visit at Austin Dental Care and would highly recommend them. The office is modern and extremely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and attended to me promptly. The technology and thoroughness of the examination were especially impressive. In addition to the traditional X-rays, they completed a panoramic radiograph and an intraoral digital scan that created a detailed 3D model of my teeth. Dr. Patel took the time to walk me through everything he was seeing and explained it in clear, easy-to-understand terms. He identified a few concerns that had not previously been brought to my attention, without being critical of any prior care, and worked with me to develop a practical plan to get my dental health back on track. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident about the path forward. The billing administrator was equally helpful. She worked closely with my me and carefully explained my treatment costs, payment-plan options, and the choices available to me. There were no surprises or pressure, just clear, patient, and professional guidance. Austin Dental Care provided one of the most thorough and positive dental experiences I have had. Five stars for the office, technology, communication, transparency, and exceptional level of care!

The new doctors are great and personable! I met both of them and Dr. D did my exam. I came in for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. He took the time to show me photos, explain everything clearly and answer my questions. I’ll definitely be returning!

A few years ago the dentist talked me into getting a mouth guard. I told him my only objection was I didn’t want to spend $500+ to only have my dog chew it up. He said if that happened he would make me a new one at not cost. While moving I placed my guard on the counter and within a few second my dog chewed it up. I felt OK because the dentist said he would replace it if that happened and it happened in less than a month. He did not honor his word and they tried to charge me. I of course did not pay it, so I was out $500+. If the dentist says he cares about people’s health over profit and will replace your mouth guard, tell him to put it in writing. It is odd that the bad reviews appear to disappear without true resolution.

I had a really great experience here. I recently got a filling done, and it was surprisingly quick and completely painless - even though I’m usually pretty nervous about needles. That alone made a big difference for me. On top of that, my dad had to come in for an emergency tooth extraction with Dr. Sejal, and she was amazing. It was heavily infected, but they were able to fit him in last minute, which was incredibly accommodating. She handled everything so smoothly, and he felt so much better right after. Overall, the care and attention we both received made us feel really comfortable and well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend this place. I also had a chipped tooth recently, and they were able to see me very quickly and take care of it just as smoothly- another great experience all around.

Dr. D and Dr. Sage are fantastic! They really take the time to explain preventative care and treatment options in a way that’s easy to understand, and I never felt rushed during my visits. I’ve had cleanings and fillings done, and everything has been smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend their care and attention to detail!

I’ve always really enjoyed coming to this office, and Dr. Wainwright has been such a big part of that. He has always made every visit a great experience, and I truly appreciated the care and trust he built over the years. With the new owners taking over, I can honestly say it feels like he passed the office off to great people. The same level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care is still there, which says a lot. The team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients and the future of the practice. It’s great to see the office in such good hands, and I’m excited to continue coming here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental office they can trust.

I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office after the new husband-and-wife team took over. The atmosphere and level of care have noticeably changed, and not in a good way. I felt like treatment recommendations were being made more for financial gain than for my actual dental needs. It came across as pushy and, honestly, a bit shady.
