This is only a four star review because of a previous experience at this office and NOT with this doctor: From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The dental assistants were incredibly caring and attentive—even with the little things that can make a big difference, like making sure I had a blanket when I was cold. They also took the time to explain the purpose of the instruments they were using and talked me through what was happening, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. And Dr. Rosenthal…WOW! She is truly nurturing and compassionate. She made it very clear that my comfort was her priority, and she said this multiple times during my visit. We worked together to come up with a reasonable treatment plan to address some dental work I need from being a night grinder 🫣, and I never felt pressured or judged. I also have to mention the numbing process because I have NEVER experienced anything so smooth! I had two teeth worked on at the same time, and the entire process was incredibly comfortable. They even protect your EYES during the procedures, which is such a thoughtful detail that I really appreciated. If there were more dentists like Dr. Rosenthal, I truly believe more people would feel comfortable going to the dentist and taking care of their oral health. She and her team have created an environment where you feel cared for, respected, and safe. Dr. Rosenthal gets 5 stars from me without hesitation

My dental hygienist was wonderful. She was patient, thoughtful, and thorough. She took the time to explain what she was doing before she did it. She offered recommendations and ensured that I was clear and had what a needed before I left. She knew what I could expect my insurance would cover and what would be my out of pocket expense. She accurately explained costs and next steps. I left feeling seen, heard, advised and affirmed. And of course I will follow Dr Rosenthal to the moon and back! She is simply the best!

Dr. Rosenthal and the staff at Airline Rd. Dental Care took excellent care of me. Dr. Rosenthal made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire extraction process and walked me through each step, which really helped put me at ease. I had a tooth abscess and they got me in within three hours of my first phone call, I had proper meds an hour and a half later with a referral to the specialist I need. They were awesome. The staff was awesome from the front to the back. Excellent bedside manners, funny and patient. Last minute appointment for tooth extraction. Very little discomfort afterwards. Very patient, considerate, and great with people with anxiety. Would definitely recommend.
