First time visit. Everyone was very friendly and laid-back. Sabrina explained the various payment plans very well. Fabio explained the different considerations with next visit. The hygienist (Rea) was very sweet. Another girl who took X-rays was very nice. And Dr. Emilie was very nice and will go at length to explain everything to you. The office is overall very..very, well..NICE!! Can't brag enough. Actually, you're a 6 STAR rating.

For the past 20 years, I have suffered from ongoing dental pain. Because of those experiences, I developed severe anxiety—not only when I have a toothache, but also about going to the dentist. Finding a dentist I truly trusted and felt comfortable with has been incredibly difficult. When I called Dental Wellness, they got me in as a first-time patient the very same day and treated the source of my pain. From the moment I walked through the door, every member of the staff made me feel welcomed, cared for, and at ease. Everyone who assisted Dr. Ngo was kind, compassionate, and professional. Dr. Ngo was exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood my treatment, answered my questions, and made me feel safe throughout the entire visit—something that is not easy for me because of my dental anxiety. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ngo and the entire team at Dental Wellness. They not only relieved my pain, but they also restored my confidence in going to the dentist. That is something I never thought I would say after 20 years of fear and anxiety. I am truly grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed me. I highly recommend Dental Wellness to anyone looking for outstanding dental care, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety. They are an incredible team, and I am so thankful I found them.

The entire staff is wonderful and truly caring. The service is excellent, and the team demonstrates a high level of professionalism in managing your dental health. I felt very comfortable and happy with my first visit, and I will be back. Very satisfied.

My hygienist Angela was amazing! She was very patient during the X-rays, and very gentle, but thorough, during the cleaning. Dr. Emily is also very nice. This was my first visit to Dental Wellness of Anna and it has been my favorite dentist office I’ve been to in years!

Despite having moved away, I always make a point to schedule a dental visit here when I'm in town. They've been super knowledgeable about insurances (mine has changed several times) and pricing, have never hit me with unexpected costs, were affordable even when I didn't have dental insurance, have always been pleasant to work with, and have done a great job caring for my teeth. Super happy with every aspect of the practice!

I’m a first time patient at Dental Wellness. It certainly won’t be my last visit. Let’s begin with the excellent check in process both on line and on site. Then we have a most courteous staff that almost make a visit to the dentist enjoyable. Lastly, they have an extraordinary and competent hygienist and dentist. Caring and honest in assessment and recommendations.
