Dental Group of Amarillo

Went in for a cleaning and Kerri took awesome care of me. Super gentle and kind. Definitely recommend this place and Kerri!!

Honestly was 5 star until today. The dentist put a filling in a tooth i didnt have any concerns with, I thought i was getting a chip repaired until the end when he said he fixed a cavity i knew nothing about. Then to remedy the situation he rushed fixing the correct tooth just to get me out, it was wildy uncomfortable and sloppy, what was chipped tooth, now looks like Mt St Helens, half gone! I of course had to pay for both. The only reason i put 3 stars is because the supports staff is great! Otherwise it would be a 1 star EASY.

I had a crown put in by Dr. Tabor and staff on 7/16/26. It was a pleasant experience. I didn’t need any numbing medicine, although Dr. Tabor offered it, just in case. The area was sensitive a few times, but tolerable. It was nice to have a few laughs, too. I hope they appreciated that. I certainly did. I mentioned how amazed I was that they can carry on a casual conversation and still be focused on their job, doing what they do. I’m not so sure I could do that, in that particular field. Cindy, an assistant/hygienist is great, too. They are just a phenomenal group of people and professionals. DGOA, rocks!

This practice has went down hill since Dr Moore left. Every time you go you see a different dentist, and a different hygienist. I told them I want to stick with the same person and they tell me that’s impossible. It was impossible for the nearly 12 years I went when Dr Moore was running the show.

Brisa talked and understood me the whole time. Calmed me down. Dr carilla talked also and explained in my words. Sore but don’t feel same pain

I wouldn't recommend any of the Dental Group of Amarillo locations. Dentist do not do fillings properly. Had several fillings done on separate teeth, by different providers and had issues with each one. Look for someone who truly cares and isn't just looking to get you in and out as quickly as possible and charge whatever they can in the process.

I am pleased to say that fir a basic Extraction I was in and out in about an hour . They even gave me stress ball . Anna was very sweet and comforting.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and I truly appreciated the level of communication and compassion throughout my visit. It’s clear that they prioritize patient care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Arlee, the dental assistant, was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Ceniceros, who is new to the practice, took excellent care of me — she was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. I’m so grateful for the way they handled my situation with compassion and urgency. Highly recommend Amarillo Dental Group if you ever need dental care in Amarillo!
