Crabapple Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.

Care from the hygienist and Dentist were great, however the office billing and pre-qualification practices have turned corporate. I chose this practice because I thought they were independent and serving a small community, however I received no less than 15 emails, text, and phone calls prior to my kids appointments. I also felt interrogated when I had not verified insurance 2 weeks prior to our appointment, even though I’ve had insurance and/or paid up front for each visit. I realize they’re trying to churn as many patients into one day, but ultimately we are the patient seeking service. If they have to take 10 minutes verifying insurance upon arrival vs prior to, I feel that should be part of the service if patients can’t address prior to.

We had a great experience at Crabapple Dentistry today with my 10-year-olds. We were seen promptly, and the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The appointment was efficient, and we were in and out without feeling rushed. Everything went smoothly, making it a very pleasant experience for both me and my kids. I would definitely recommend Crabapple Dentistry to other families looking for excellent dental care.

Cleanest, friendliest, best dentist we’ve ever been to! My kids were nervous going in but left cavity free, happy and with cool squishys!!! We love it here!!!

Friendly service staff are genuine and kind. THEY treats my SON like 1 of their own when it comes to his teeth and his smile, his oral health is top priority and I appreciate them making efforts and striving for greatness. 👍🏾❤️💯

We are on daughter #3 of our 4 girls and have only RAVE reviews of our experiences the last 5 years. I’m sitting here now while my daughter gets her braces fixed and they are super accommodating, fair with pricing and take genuine interest in my girls. We will be here for the 8 years or so and am so glad we found the RIGHT place to go!
