I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for the past two years, and my whole family goes here as well. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and caring. We’ve had a great experience every time and highly recommend this clinic! Dr Bella is just amazing and entire staff!! ❤️

I recently had a complicated dental procedure done at Carabella, and I am so grateful for the great care I received. Everybody on this team is highly skilled and professional. My dentist is Dr. Jennifer Lee and she is by far the best dentist I have ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain every step of the process in detail, and always makes sure you feel informed and comfortable. She is also exceptionally kind, gentle, and compassionate. She makes you feel calm, relaxed, and confident that you're in the best hands. I was also very impressed by the state-of-the-art technology throughout the office. I can highly recommend Carabella without hesitation to anyone looking for outstanding care.

I love Carabella Dental! The entire team is wonderful. Helpful, professional, the office is spotless. I’ve been with them for 5 years. Full Invisalign treatment, 3 crowns. Dr. Bella and Dr. Lee have both done work for me and both are wonderful. I’m grateful for them. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Hands down, this is the best dental office I’ve ever visited. Dr. Bella and her staff are truly amazing—they genuinely care about their patients. I always feel well taken care of when I’m getting dental work, and I love making the staff laugh. I wish every dental office were as warm and welcoming as this one. The office is equipped with modern, up‑to‑date technology, and she even took a 3D scan of my tooth to fully understand the issue. She walked me through every treatment option in detail, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. While my previous dentist recommended an extraction, Dr. Bella was determined to save the tooth—and she did, which clearly shows her genuine care for her patients. Her technique was precise, gentle. She and her team did excellent work on my new crown, it fits comfortably, looks great, and feels completely natural. Thanks so much for the exceptional care and skill Dr. Bella provided. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion.

Usually going to the dentist can be a bit daunting, but my experience at Carabella Dental today was absolutely phenomenal and I would totally recommend anyone if they’re looking for a dentist in the Alexandria area. Everyone in the office was so kind, and really took the time to answer any questions I may have had. Ingrid, the dental assistant, made me feel so comfortable taking X-rays and prepping for the doctor, and Dr. Lee was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to go over the best plan for me, clarified any prior concerns I may have had, was thorough with her work, and made me feel right at home. Everyone was so professional, and definitely deserve to be recognized for it. I’m doing my best to stay away from cavities, but I will say I look forward to my next visit as I know it will be a great one. I absolutely love this dental office! The staff is sweet and knowledgeable. The wait times are minimal, meaning they run on time with appointments. I have trigeminal neuralgia which can make getting dental work of any kind extremely painful. They are gentle, patience and considerate! I have met all of the doctors and they are all wonderful. I trust them with my entire family. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had.
