Started coming here about a year ago, my hygienist and Dentist are great. They get me in and out and don’t mess my mouth up like dentists prior. Would definitely recommend

I’ve been a patient here for years, and, despite having sensitive teeth and fear of the dentist from past experiences, I have loved my experience here. The dentists, dental assistants and hygienists, and staff are all superb. I recommend Uptown Dental Associates to everyone I know in Albuquerque.

I was in the market for a new dentist, as my dentist for over 10 years was no longer available. I found Uptown dental on the Internet, and on the front in bold print it says "Top Notch Care, Not Top Notch Fees" well that is an understatement. My 1st appointment was in a quiet room at this appointment I was scheduled for a cleaning. However, it was determined I needed a deep root scale cleaning. Which was fine, I asked what the cost would be and said I would pay for it with my FSA flex account from work. I specifically asked and requested that all charges would be done in one billing payment, and was reassured that would happen. So I scheduled the appointment to have the procedure done. I came to my appointment. Had the deep root scale cleaning done.....it was horrible, it was in a different part of the office, it was loud, other patients talking staff coming in and out of the cubby I was in, it made a very long appointment feel longer ....my dental hygienist asked if I wanted headphones, I declined, I didn't want to tune her out. Once my appointment was finished I went to check out I asked the lady cashing me out if my bill would be complete so that I could submit the receipt to my my flex pay account. She assured me it would be. I called back about a week or so after my appointment because my flex pay account needed more info, they needed an EBO, I called and asked for this documentation and the receptionist said I needed to wait till after July 27th at the hygienist would not have it ready until after that date. So I called back after the 27th requesting it again. Spoke to Carla who was very rude and not helpful and could not help me. I decided to call my insurance directly and get the ebo which I did. Come to find out Uptown dental DID NOT bill the insurance company for all services. I called today August 4th to ask what was going on, the answer was it won't get submitted until your follow up appointment......VERY FRUSTRATING. Had the office been clear and upfront about every it could maybe be understanding.....however, since the very 1st day I feel mislead and that this dental office has no integrity. It is not a fun appointment to go to the dentist and this makes it much harder. I cannot recommend a company with no integrity or respect for there patience. Your front office staff either needs a hug, a raise or more customer service training. I wish you well and the best of luck.

Very pretty dentist office with a relaxing atmosphere. The dentist came to work on me was professional yet had empathy. This is a new dentist for me and I'm very pleased with the outcome of my choice.

This practice is amazing. Nice office and atmosphere. The professionals are very competent. I’ve been going to them for 6 years. By far the best Danial practice I’ve been to. They don’t over treat you. I’ve had my teeth cleaned, haven’t needed anything else.

Dr. Greaves completed multiple tests and xrays to check a tooth that has been bothering me. He was great at explaining everything. I always appreciate the professionalism at Uptown Dental and would recommend it.

This was one of the best dental checkups I’ve had in a long time. The hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable, offering practical tips and education throughout the entire visit, which I really appreciated. Dr. Martinez took the time to address my concerns and worked with me to create a thoughtful plan for maintaining and improving my dental health going forward.

Staff at uptown Dental are great. Dr. Makes sure the procedure is fast and comfortable. Assistants are pleasant and make sure you are taken care of. It’s good to have found a great dentist that still cares about customer satisfaction. All the staff and doctors have had a great friendly attitude and are a pleasure to be around.

Uptown Dental is a wonderful place to receive dental care! The staff are friendly and courteous. Dr Greaves is an awesome dentist, he is caring and efficient and he has a magic gel that he applies to your gums before giving injections, with that gel you don’t even feel the needle. Victoria his assistant is wonderful -gentle . My hygienist Jamie is also amazing !! Everyone is friendly, I feel very fortunate to have my dental care at Uptown Dentists.
